The carpet in the room was filthy and torn. The room smelled bad. Very musty smell.

The location and free breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.

Made a reservations drove 5 hours got thier at 1 am and got all 3 credit cards declined,front desk lady was rude to me and my wife so went 5 minutes down the road and paid more with no problem of my cards getting approved

Didn't stay. The front desk person could not find my reservation. I actually called prior to showing up and my reservation was verified. I couldn't book another room at desk. Was told all bookings were made online. Unprofessional staff. Will never recommend hotel to anyone..

No housekeeping for 3-4 days. Toiletries were not provided on daily basis as always shortage observed in facility. Even I have to carry Towels on multiple occasion from reception. Same breakfast everyday, no cornflake, enough fruits, breads. I had better breakfast in Residence Inn where I usually stayed. Very poor housekeeping/cleaning service. Even with daily reminders, house keeping was not available for 3-4 days. Kitchen supply i.e. dish washer powder or kitchen towel were not provided during stay. This might be my first and last visit to Hyatt.

Apart from Hotel location, I didn't like anything.

No elevator and only rooms on the 3rd floor were available. The steps to the 3rd floor were uneven and dangerous, and it was very hard to navigate with luggage. Plus and some on the lighting was out along the pathways. There's not enough parking spaces. We waited over 30 minutes to find a parking space after an evening out.

It was so bad we didn’t even stay the night. We drove home. Despite we knew we would get charged. The room was gross dirty and smelled. The other guests were loud and ding dong ditching rooms and it was loud and rowdy even after 11pm. We literally got in our car with our two young kids and drove home. Would never stay or recommend this place. Waste of money.

The first room we got had a very strong smell. We asked to switch and the staff promptly gave us another room. The new room also had a smell but not so strong so we just went with it. There were a lot of stains on the carpet and the bedsheet on the sofa bed had stains too, which gave us the impression that the room wasn’t so clean. We were in a room with accessible bathroom and the water from the shower spread through the whole bathroom floor. We wouldn’t stay at this hotel again for the reasons above.

the hot tub worked but wasn’t heated. the basketball court was missing one hoop on a backboard so we couldn’t play full court like we normally do.

well manicured, the pool was amazing but the hot tub was working but had no heat. the front desk staff was super friendly and pleasant. the rooms were exceptionally clean. I will continue to stay here when I travel to the DFW area.

The staff. First of all when we first got there we were not greeted. Joyce was on the phone. Then she tells me my room was canceled and she doesn’t have any more rooms even though I have a reservation confirmation. I come back to help a kid that was in our group find his room and no one is in the lobby to assist us. Some drunk lady was in the lobby answering the phone, hanging up on customers and directing customers. Telling us to have a seat and told us that Joyce which was the lady behind the counter was unprofessional. Stated that she did not work for the company but she was acting like she did. I have never been to a Hyatt with such an unprofessional staff. I was told multiple people have had problems with Joyce and rooms being given away. I was also told the police was called twice to this hotel because I of Joyce. You guys should pull the camera to see this unprofessional behavior. This is not the kind of service you want your business to be affiliated with. I will be calling corporate.

Outside the hotel the grounds were dirty, chucken bones, cigarettes butts, and trash along the walkway, patios, and parking lot. It was our second choice for my wife's birthday. I knew it had a Hot Tub and Pool. Didn't know the Hot Tub wasn't working either! Mattress was old and lumpy! No hair dyer

There was a floor transition of tile to commercial carpet in the breakfast or dining room that was a bit high in design. This incidentally caused my wife’s step to pitch and broke her foot.
