When I booked with Booking.com I had requested one room with two double/queen beds but upon check in that did not occur. We were given a king sweet with a pull out couch. Disappointed with that.

Housekeeping was certainly not up to norm. There were obvious places in the room where cleaning had not be done as carefully as one might expect in a Covid era. For example, there were surfaces that had not been thoroughly cleaned.

Breakfast, considering Covid restrictions, was good. Not as good as it was Pre-Covid, but better than some we have seen. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

All outside windows covered with spiders and spiderwebs. I know they are bad this year.

The view on the 6th floor facing the water was so calming. Hotel was nice and quiet, no noises throughout the halls or through the walls. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Location! Front desk was so pleasant, bar staff, Starbucks 🙃😇 But mostly the fire pit on patio on 1st lvl after a busy work week road trip to town that area was the TRUTH!😇

No one was at front desk. I needed to track him down by calling front desk to have him come from wherever he was to check me in. He was not pleasant. Also, the gentleman in breakfast area was grumpy.

Breakfast was very good. A lot of variety and the breakfast sandwich was a nice surprise.

River Room closed on Sunday. We really didn"t Have opportunity to see river in daylight because we checked in Saturday late. Checked out Monday morning.

Super modern and clean. Bike and hike path just outside the door on the levee along the Mississippi River bank. Rooftop lounge great for happy hour .. terrific view! Breakfast was good, extra Covid cautions also taken!

The best hotel I've been in and the price was excellent to. This should be a 5 star 🌟 hotel. I liked everything.

The staff, the bar, and restaurant. The pool area is lovely and the patio is breath taking. The River Room makes you feel like you're on vacation at a fancy hotel.

We stayed at The Studio Suites with the view. The room is clean, complete of the kitchen necessities, nice view of the river, quiet and the bed is comfortable, also the staffs are nice and courteous.

Overall very happy with the property. Ice machine missing on our floor so we had to go to the 3rd each time for ice, pool was a bit small and shallow for.my older kids....Unfortunately each day we were there they ran out of breakfast items Before it was set to end. That's key when looking for hotels for us bc we will pay more more a hit breakfast, but if all you have to.offer is cereal we can get that at the super 8. :-( Happy hour could include better discounts to draw people in. 10% isn't worth my time. :-)

loved the photos on the walls, the staff was nice until we complained about the lack of breakfast....she replied "sorry" and walked away.
