We were on the 7th floor and could hear obnoxious cars drag racing on the street below until after 1 am. There was someone sleeping on the couch in the lobby the morning we left. They appeared to have been there overnight.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Nice breakfast buffet.

Wasn’t advised when I reserved that parking was an additional fee. $43 is a bit ridiculous after paying a high room fee. Candy bar wrappers on floor in bedroom behind night stand. Confused regarding the Master Switch on the lights. Thought we didn’t have lights in the bathroom.

Easy check in process. Friendly and helpful staff.

The sliding door to the bathroom and the sliding shower door were a bit on the heavy side to slide comfortably. But that would not deter me from staying there again.

I got a lot for what I paid. I was going to stay at a hotel I usually stay at, but this one was cheaper and just right across the street from Gainbridge Fieldhouse, so I thought I would try it out. I liked having a separate bedroom, and it was cool it had its own TV. Had a great view of Indianapolis. If I had stayed longer, I would have utilized the nice kitchen. The gym had a wide variety of equipment. There also was a pool that I would take advantage of if I stay there again. The breakfast bar had a lot more variety than I have experienced in other hotels.

    Nothing.

Near to the downtown centre. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast variety. The parking is a bit expensive, but anywhere in Indianapolis near to the centre. At top there is a pool and they providing towels for it, which was nice.

My coffee pot wasn’t clean and there was no cream. Could have used extra towels.

Loved the restaurants/bar located inside! I loved that it was located directly across the street from the venue I was attending. The breakfast was very good. The outdoor bar at night was very nice.

Our rooms were not ready even though we arrived after check out. The rooms weee not even that clean nice we did get in. The coffee cups were dirty and the mirrors looked like they were cleaned with grease

The location was perfect for a concert at Lucas Oil stadium. It was a beautiful hotel and had lots of amenities.

Only complaint is shortage of luggage carts when checking in. I know it was busy but more available would have helped

Stay was great! Felt like being in a mini home! For being in such a busy part of town the hotel was so quiet. We slept so well! Best curtains in any hotel we've been in! More hotels need black out curtains. No real complaints with this one. Very satisfied with our stay 👍 would book again

The view. Our room was right next to what seemed to be a brick apartment building. We could not have blinds open since we could see straight into the apartments they could see us. The lights in the lamps are yellow and without having natural light be able to come in (even with shades open the large building is so close it blocks light) the room lighting is dreary.

Proximity to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. We went to a Pacers game and it was amazing just walking across the street to be there and then back in our hotel room within 10min of game ending.
