Paid parking is always a downside for us. We usually try to stay where there is no fee. Since we were staying in downtown it was just part of it.

Close to everything downtown Indy with in walking distance. The hotel is beautiful inside. My family had fun exploring all the nooks since it was so cold outside.

We had asked for housekeeping to clean our room but they did not come. It wasn't a big deal because we were there only two nights. Otherwise the hotel and amenities were great.

The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is situated in downtown Indy with easy access to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and the rest of downtown. The rooms themselves were spacious and well appointed.

We had 5 people stay and only 4 towels were in the room upon arrival. We ordered food and it was just ok, but expensive.

Nothing! Perfect!

The hotel itself is beautiful inside and out! Great decor and the bar area is exceptional! Staff was eager and pleasant throughout our whole stay! The rooms were perfect, large enough, bathrooms were modern, great tv clarity, lighting was excellent, and the beds were dreamy! Honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! The hotel was one of the cleanest hotels/places I’ve ever visited! Location to everything in walking distance!

A bit of a wait to check in and out. Parking was supposed to be $40 but was charged $51. Still waiting for an $11 refund.

When we came down for breakfast at 8:30 a.m., which is served until 9 a.m. on weekdays, the basic offering of scrambled eggs was empty. We overheard the breakfast staff state that they were on overtime and weren't going to put any more of the scrambled eggs out. Several more guests came down but no more eggs were cooked.

This property is right across the street from the arena where the Pacers play. There are numerous bars, restaurants, and shopping opportunities within easy walking distance. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The bar is cozy and the food on the menu allows for a nice variety.

We had issues with the valet. One of the times that we tried to leave, I texted the number and it responded that we had already used the number or picked up the vehicle and so I couldn’t request it in advance. When it was time for us to leave the hotel for good, the text ahead number worked. we got down 20 minutes later and the worker was standing at his desk and our car was not out front. Still needed to ask him to go get it. when he arrived with our car, the driver’s side window was rolled down and our car reeked of weed. I really wish that we hadn’t wasted our time and money messing with the valet.

The hotel was very nice. the rooms were modern and comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice. For the most part, the staff was very kind and helpful.

the pull out couch bed was horrible and impossible to sleep on due to a huge bulge running through and springs were felt through entire mattress. to be honest it was miserable. My 13 and 10 year old were on the floor bc that was better than that pull out!
