Parking wasn’t worth 45 per night and the WiFi wasn’t the best.

The facilities were great, especially the room and included breakfast.

The shower head was awful! For anyone with thick or long hair its a bit of a nightmare with only 6 holes that water comes out

I was staying at room 532 which is close to the lift, and the ice machine. I heard the ice machine running from time to time. That was quite noisy. There's no large towel in the room. The floor of the bathroom was also broken. A woman at the swimming pool at the penthouse said that photography is not allowed according to the hotel rule. That was quite strange.

Breakfast starts at 6am, but the food is so-so. Shuttle runs 24 hours which is convenient to travellers. The gym at the basement is clean.

Room lighting was very dim and the check-in personnel could be better. The coach drop-off/pickup is inconveniently located,

Entrance was in a weird place

Shuttle was as advertised. A few restaurants within walking distance which was good as hotel prices were high for food.

The only downside was the rooms aren't very well sound proofed, the noise of the planes was very loud, earplugs are a must.

Hotel was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Decor was very modern, staff were all very friendly.

Better parking options. Some type of room service.

Breakfast was good with decent coffee and food options. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and kept it was for the location

The access. Despite a sweeping driveway up to their front doors, access is through a parking garage at the rear. The signage is confusing, as are the directions sent on the day of arrival, and parking, unloading, checking in and moving again is such a hassle, even after you locate the right entrance. Hopefully it is only bureaucracy keeping the front driveway from use. A better restaurant would also be welcome. The current bar and restaurant staff are fantastic, but the menu is basically diner food. We went next door for really great sushi, but in an equally diner like atmosphere.

Despite being less than a km from the airport and along West Century Blvd, it is setback from the road by lawn and gardens rendering it ver peaceful. So peaceful in fact as we were sitting having drinks on the terrace by the lawn, a pair of rabbits popped out to feed. Unbelievable in the madness that is LAX, but they had plenty of lush food and great vegetation forming perfect shelter, so long may bunnies rule.

A free shuttle bus from lax airport to the hotel was good and a short distance. The car hire Hertz location was a five minute walk. The breakfast choice was broad and good quality. The price was reasonable.

This hotel is CASHLESS ! They do not have any cash on hand anywhere. They do not accept cash for anything . . except TIPS of course. I thought that was illegal. Parking is a nightmare. $60 per night for valet.

It was located close to the rental car facility so it made it easy for an early morning car rental return. The room we were given was on the first floor and it was very nice.

The daily parking rate was quite high for what we would normally pay for.

The complimentary all you can eat brunch was excellent. It had different options everyday. It was very clean!

Arriving to the hotel is confusing as there isn't a way to pull up to the main entrance to register. Also the breakfast was the same everyday.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is modern and offers all of the amenities needed.
