Front desk staff were a little impatient

The staff were not willing to help. The attitude of everyone that was at the front desk was rude. There was an Asian woman at the front feet that was really rude and was not helpful when we checked in. She did not even have us any helpful information about parking etc. Same with the guy named Alex in the front desk - I asked him about the information of parking and his initial response was it was all in the website. I also noticed how he treats each guest differently- he only changed the way he was treating me when I lost my temper and asked to manager’s details to place a formal complaint about the service. The place is good but we didn’t feel welcomed by the staff at all - they gave us the feeling that we are a burden to them which ruined our stay experience.

We felt the breakfasts could have been better. Maybe some muffins/ Danish would have been good. Cooked breakfast was cold. Hash browns too overdone.

I couldn't find a USB charger. I used the one that came with the alarm clock, but I think it's a necessary feature in hotels these days.

The room and bed were spacious and very comfortable. The shuttle bus driver was very friendly and helpful.Thanks Mr.driver!

We got rooms with no windows. We parked the car in the garage. The rule is confusing, you have to pay to get in and to get out, if you don't buy the daily pass.

The location is great, breakfast is good, the front desk answered all of our questions.

My body started to feel itchy after a few hours in bed and had small red spots all over my body when I woke up (as if I were bitten by small insects.) Not sure what it was, but perhaps it’s worth checking the hygiene of those beds once in a while? I stayed in #830.

Very convenient with airport shuttles running every 20 minutes 24/7. Fully renovated old hotel with spacious room and free breakfast.

cost of room was too high, no vegetables at breakfast, not as clean as I expected, shower hot water was less than warm, waited at front desk in a line for check-in and check-out

The only reason I did not give a 10 star review is that there was no coffee in our room and we had to ring 3 times to get some coffee brought up to us which took over an hour.

The only thing I would suggest they tweak is the menu. Currently it is just main stream usual burgers etc. But this is an aiport hotel with diverse guests, some healthier options would be so welcome. And room service is currently not available, not the end of the world but it would also be nice. We would definately stay again and I have already recommended it recently to friends.

This is a fantastic hotel for the price! The room is huge and extremely comfortable and clean.

Complete and fresh remodel means this property is better than those around it. Easy access, can almost walk there from the terminal. Frequent shuttle. Friendly and competent staff.
