We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe were handed our room key and when we went to go check the room out it was in disarray and not clean at all so when we went downstairs to let the staff know they questioned us like we were making it up in our heads. They eventually got us another room. There was an African American staff member that gave us attitude and argued with us for almost an hour so it made the rest of the stay uncomfortable. There was a lot of back and forth.
The hotel was in close proximity to Mall of America and other shoppes and stores. The breakfast was okay. You had to get down to the kitchen area early. Once items were gone that was it. It would not be replenished.

GermanyThe fact that the pool heater was broken, so one of the main reasons why we chose this hotel wasn't even available to us, and having to pay extra for parking when most other hotels in the area have free parking. The motion sensitive bathroom light that lit up the whole bathroom area because the bed was right across from the bathroom. Why not just have to use the switch? Then you can slide the door closed before turning on the light so that others aren't woken up hen you use the bathroom.
Excellent location. Very comfortable bed and nice sized room with a kitchenette. Lots of room for all of our belongings and for getting ready and chilling in the room. The breakfast was pretty standard but good.

CanadaThe front desk customer service is really bad, no co-operation! When we asked for compensation as the swimming pool didn't work. They didn't want to give us anything. Finally, after explaining to the supervisor that we actually paid for the hotel to enjoy the facility, including the pool, we received a free meal at the restaurant, we have told that we can order any meal from the menu. On the next day, when we wanted to use the voucher and order dinner, Samantha Marielle said that we could order only pizza or chicken wings as they had the luck of stuff in the kitchen. And this isn't what we have been told from the beginning. Also, there are not enough people to serve the kitchen during breakfast time. There was a long line up, and only one person, Maria (who works alone), serves 200 people, running around sweating, trying to serve everyone. (Rediculas how the owners are trying to save money).
The hotel is clean and close to Mall of America, very convenient. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

I loved how clean the room and facility were. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was good. Parking was $15 for a one night stay. Notice many families staying at the facility. Loved the dining area and the small kitchen area in the room.
