Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I arrived before regular check in hours and there was no problem at all, the room was ready!! The staff at the reception was very friendly and efficient. The apartment was fully equiped, very spacious and clean. It definitely served our needs. The property is very well kept. There is a free shuttle to the airport eport which was much appreciated.

United StatesThe lights on the smoke detectors are bright. If that bothers you, as it does us, bring a little black electrical tape. Super easy to remedy that way.
We rented one of the two bedroom units and it was an exceptional experience. Beds comfortable, blackout curtains, separate showers and vanities. Full kitchen and a value as it was less than 2 - one bedroom units. Great for two couples, families, or simply those who prefer to sleep separate. Breakfast was pretty good. Not many gluten free /egg free options so one in our party brought their own breakfast. The other was delighted by the breakfast options. Both showers had great water pressure and plenty of cupboard space. Staff super helpful and our ride two /from the airport was easy. Will book again on our next overnight stay in Miami.
