I booked this room because we had four adults and two children and were leaving the next day on a cruise. I thought the room had a sofa bed but it didn't. We had the children sleep on the 'L' shape sofa. But, we needed to get bed setups in order for that to happen. We called down to the front desk and was told that we had to send someone down to pick them up. I thought that was highly unusual since I booked the rooms with the hotel knowing there were two children and didn't expect that from a Hyatt Hotel. I thought the lobby was surprisingly small and since we had to wait for a very late limo, the six of us and all our luggage completely loaded the lobby. The backless bar stools in our room were very uncomfortable. I had hoped that there were restaurants within walking distance, but no. We noticed that no one washed or disinfected the tables after breakfast and considering that Covid was so high, I was surprised.

The rooms were better than I had anticipated. We enjoyed the breakfast. We were picked up by the hotel van at the airport. The driver was just as nice as could be. The desk staff were courteous. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed. I think the value for the price was very good. We booked two adjoining rooms with a kitchenette and a small gathering room. We appreciated having plates and silverware to use. The front desk provided us with a list of food delivery services since we didn't have a car and there was no restaurant within walking distance. Our kids enjoyed seeing the peacock that was roaming the property.

(N/A) Extra pillows, only because my senior mother preferred an extra pillow, and some hotels have extra in rooms with sofa beds. Ours did not have the extra pillows.

Clean, professional, kind staff. Most wear mask and those who did not remained social distance.

The lamp in the bathroom was not working, the toilet was shaking and the room looked old. I have been to this Hotel many time and it was always clean and comfortable. I thinks it needs a renovation.

Our room was right across the hall from where the house keeping keeps there carts. All day and early morning u would hear loud talking and carts lined up mid way down the hall. Carpet in the hall was bleached and unraveling. I noticed blood on the bathroom walls and door frame and the kitchen plates still had dried up food on them. The bathroom water has no pressure at all. Also the lingering cats that were lying around was a huge NO for me

We got no credit on our Hyatt points card for our stay!! They told us never to use Booking.com again if we want to get points. Sad part is booking.com's rate was 30 dollars more than the Hyatt rate on their site. We entered our Hyatt number on check in and the reservation changed to my husband's name but they still won't credit it. Very bad for Booking.com and Hyatt. I won't be using either again!
