Pool was out of order. We specifically changed hotels at the last minute so we’d have an indoor pool, so we were extremely disappointed. Wyatt at the front desk was extremely accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with our stay.

I did not agree with having to pay $45 to park!! Like what else were we supposed to do with our car? That should be included in the price or at least told up front!!

Stayed here for 4 nights while passing through on our Honeymoon. Great location, walking distance to Broadway street, but far enough away to be a quiet area. Substantial breakfast provided. Very comfortable hotel. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The shower leaks water out of the door when closed. Don’t think the caulking was done right. Also the breakfast didn’t have much options and everything was basically done by 9am

The bed and sink. The couch in the room was a nice touch too. I liked the location. I liked the security measures with the key cards for the entrance. Felt very safe.

I didnt like that they charged my credit card before we even checked it and they they said they would comp my parking because of the mistake but when I checked out I noticed they charged me for parking anyway!

I liked how it was a little way from downtown but still could walk everywhere

Paying $45.00 a night for parking was upsetting. It should have been covered with our room cost. The distance to our room was way too far from the elevator for being a handicap room. The bathroom was good but there was no water pressure in the shower.

Breakfast was very good, location was good. Room was excellent, nice size and quiet.

Water pressure could be better. Didn't like the breakfast eggs! Seemed they were pebbles in size, rather than fluffy chunks of scrambled eggs.

Location was three blocks too far away from Broadway for walking multiple times. But Uber pickup was great!

Staff seemed a bit all over the place different information from different staff members. Miss communication between departments, stated an extra night house keepers came to change room for new arrival twice. Alarm call never happened, message not passed on I was told!!

Property is well located short walk to night life on Broadway in what appeared to be safe area. Rooms clean and good size.

Cost of parking

The room was exceptional! Bathroom was huge! Wine opener in room! Maybe 6 blocks from broadway! Bed was super comfortable! Room design is cool! The bathroom was so white and so clean! Breakfast was very good! Lobby is comfy! Would stay here again. I prepaid $190 total. Good price! But paring was $45 and that’s a rip off.

We had a Studio Suite with 2 Queen beds & Kitchen. This room was very spacious & had full amenities, beds were comfy & shower was great. Breakfast was good, had alot of choice. Easy 5-10 min walk to downtown. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The bed and pillows were not that comfortable. Also parking at the hotel was $45 a night.

I liked that it was only about 6-7 blocks from Broadway. It was close to the listening room and 3rd and Lindsley.

Getting to breakfast early was much better as some food ran out - specifically cut fresh fruit. Tray for carrying food to table would help rather than making many trips to the buffet area and causing congestion. Layout resulted in a lot of crossing back and forth in the small buffet area. Wifi seemed to time out after a few hours resulting in high roaming charges from my phone provider when I thought I was connected to hotel wifi. I learnt to keep checking if connected and re-connecting before using my phone or laptop.

Breakfast selection was adequate. Good range of TV channels and included very clear instructions how to cast Netflix etc from my device onto big TV.
