I felt like the breakfast was a bit lacking. There wasn't much variety. I think it would benefit from a waffle/pancake machine, or at least multiple toasters. Everybody was kind of hovering/crowding around the one toaster. The food offered was decent, but a few other pastry or hot food items could have helped with the crowding and lack of variety.

The location was lovely, about a 15 minute walk from Broadway (the "party central" of Nashville). It was a treacherous walk in the thick ice, but it would probably be better on a nicer day. The pool was amazing. Clean, well-kept, and with plenty of towels. It was heated, closed in, and didn't feel crowded at all. The staff was kind, helpful, and friendly. From helping us find refreshments to assisting a friend who was nervous of elevators, they were quick to serve their community. The room was clean and orderly. The shower had great water pressure and there were plenty of clean, dry towels.

If I had to pick something it would be that they did not supply you with toothpaste

As a veteran traveler to Nashville, this property was awesome. Anyone complaining about the free breakfast or the price of parking knows nothing about traveling to Nashville. The free breakfast would cost you $15 at any downtown eatery and the parking is the normal price for parking around Nashville. And anyone complaining about the neighborhood again knows nothing about Nashville you are five blocks from Broadway.

The complimentary breakfast. The boiled eggs were not completely cooked and extremely cold. The "breakfast potatoes " were tater tots, the "waffles " were not waffles they were frozen French toast stick that were so cold the butter wouldn't melt on them, and the fruit was beige no variety and it tasted like cod liver oil. I had to eat elsewhere so that's a bummer. The reason you pick a hotel with complimentary breakfast is so you don't have to leave out early. If wasn't for the breakfast I would say 10s across the board.

This was a very nice establishment. The cost was excellent thanks to the 2nd bookings employee that I contacted and the hotel staff. I saw a show at City Winery and it was within walking distance of the hotel. A special shout out to Kelvin at the front desk who was especially helpful and polite. Also to the bartender who made me the best lemon drop I had all weekend.

The breakfast was just OK. Would like to have seen items like pastries.. TV channels were mainly news and sport. I don't go away to watch TV, but we had bad weather one day and I didn't leave hotel.

Lovely large room. Modern. Indoor pool. Hotel was well maintained. Close to Broadway (10mins walk). Very comfy beds.

Nothing really except I hate having to pay for overnight parking.

Our room was clean and so were the premises. Hot shower and comfortable king size bed. We like to walk and the hotel was conveniently located near Broadway hot spots. The indoor pool area and pool water was nice and warm during our cold winter stay. Onsite surface parking was about $5 less per day @ $45 than other hotels in the area.

Unfortunately the pool heater was broken so we weren’t able to use it as it was too cold. The staff were helpful, but the one female concierge never smiled. Also, there was no phone in the lobby/breakfast area where you could call room to room.

When checked out had to wait in the reception area and asked if that was ok as our flight wasn’t until the afternoon felt uncomfortable as we could see the reception staff watching us my husband wasn’t well and he fell asleep and I heard the reception staff saying to someone now they are taking a nap was glad when our taxi came

Although it was a short distance walk to downtown, the neighborhood wasn’t the best.

The hotel was very nice and clean inside. The staff exceeded my expectations. Everyone was extremely kind, welcoming and informative. Calvin greeted us and checked us in. He was great!
