Ana received us and she took care of our check-in, we're so glad that she was there to help us in our trip to NOLA. She shared with us a lot of tips about the city, and helped us to feel 'like a local'. Thank you Ana! Breakfast and location was just perfect! We stayed for a week, and every morning the breakfast was full of alternatives. The room is perfect, not noises around, everything perfectly clean.

It should be a dress code for breakfast. It is not nice to have breakfast with guests in pajamas and wearing night hats.

Breakfast was very good. Very well located, only 20 minutes walking from the French quarter. The swimming pool was also good. The staff was amazing, gave us a greater support when the airline lost my mother luggage.

The facility was spotless and very appealing. The setup was very accessible and the food variety was excellent. It suited varied palettes. The staff was very attentive and professional. The quality of food was excellent and the atmosphere was very relaxing to start the day.

The reception area being on the 11th floor, just a bit confusing, but everyone was so helpful.

The place was immaculately clean, the staff were all helpful and friendly, especially Kailah. The breakfast was the best I’ve seen so far, so many choices to choose from.

Studio king very spacious and come with kitchenette. The bathroom was large and shower big enough for 2 or 3. The mattress quality was on the lower end but no the worst.

The toaster at breakfast is the slowest ever made. Two toasters would be great, with two faster toasters the breakfast would be exceptional!

The room is comfortable and well-equipped. Quiet in general. Cleaning is on demand, which is fine, but the replacement of coffee and tea should be systematic as you don't always remember to ask.

There were excessive charges on my card that didn't clear fully until a week after returning home. The excess charge was an additional $1K.

I thought it was a bit odd that the lobby was on the 11th floor and was a bit crowded at times since there was only one elevator from the 1st to the 11th floor. We stayed on the 14th floor and there were plenty of elevators from the 11th to the other floors. The temp in the fridge was too cold and it was freezing our drinks and couldn't find a way to adjust it.

We had a great view of downtown and the room was nice and clean. The bed nice and comfy and we both rested well. The shower was really nice and we both like that. We usually slept in but one day we took advantage of the breakfast and it was great! We both ordered an omlet and it was really good. All the staff was super nice and very helpful.

If you are here to see the sights, it's a little far from the best parts. It's about a 30 minute walk from French Quarter.

I liked the security features of this property. One must have a key to travel between floors.

We had a little issue checking in do to a computer problem. Not a big issue. But it took awhile for them to get is straight. wish they had more options for breakfast. The same options for 5 days in a row that's all. the food was ok though.

Loved the set up of the room. Would be great for long stays. Breakfast was good and a great start for the day. I had a meeting with the Customs office so the location was PERFECT!

Excellent location for getting around with sights a short walk away or bus ride. Not too noisy to get a good night's sleep. Really friendly staff throughout the hotel, who are really helpful. Breakfast had good choices, the omelette bar was a nice touch. Comfy bed and good facilities in the room.
