We only stayed one night so can't really think of anything that was bad.

Overall we loved our experience.

My family wasn't impressed with the breakfast, the eggs were powder, the french toast was on the cold side and there was no regular syrup left only sugar free. My favorite was the fruit and we enjoyed the coffee and hot cocoa in the travel cups. We very much liked our room and the small sofa was very comfortable, Instead of the large light over top though might we suggest a lamp behind the corner of the sofa for reading. We loved the view of the lake and the walkway/sidewalk in the back which we used to walk to the burger house next door. We enjoyed the pool and the workout room. I particularly liked the ice water available in the lobby. Another suggestion I would have is to have a cucumber or orange ice water. I have seen this in fancier hotels.

The breakfast was perfectly acceptable, but compared to the rest of the facility I felt like it was a bit "underwhelming". Not a dealbreaker by any means, but it was the only thing I couldn't give high marks. I would have liked oatmeal that was pre-made, eggs with more taste or a waffle-maker. Coffee was good though!

Great location and very friendly, helpful staff! Very comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub were nice. All in all, this is a great place to stay!

the property had a wonderful walk way to a couple of good restaurants which we loved after being on the road for over 8 hrs it was nice to be able to stretch our legs! wish we had time to stay an extra day to explore the area more (outlet mall for shopping & amusement park for kids) and that was just what we could see from the property, not to mention our room was clean, comfortable & spacious!

This is no fault of the Hyatt Place or the neighboring hotel but the grass area used for dogs had a considerable amount of dog piles. There is a convenient stand with dog bags and an attached waste can stationed right there. Unfortunately, some LAZY dog owners spoil that for responsible guests. Maybe, the staff could check and clean it up once or twice daily.

Location, STAFF, CLEANLINESS, tv size including easy remote, BED, SHOWER, sectional couch, hard floors (no carpet), hot breakfast buffet and finally, THE IMPRESSIVE SUPER MODERN ROOM DESIGN, WOW!!! The design is also a smart design in every way.

We were disappointed with the breakfast. The cooked eggs were very blah tasting and the French toast sticks were not fresh. was hoping for a much bigger, tastier meal with a waffle maker.

It was very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. The King room was very good size and we really enjoyed the sofa so we had somewhere to sit instead of just a bed.
