Out of way of most other parts of exploring Boston . But Ubers are always option

Wish they had an airport shuttle. They ad used me that cabs were not dependable and to use Uber or Lyft but when you need to get to an early flight,neither offers a confident option. They’d get more guests if they offered the shuttle. Even if they charged at a high rate but cheaper than a cab

The only thing I disappointed was no bathtub. I enjoy long bath after the long flight and the room didn't have the bathtub but other than that, everything was great.

My family arrived earlier than the check in time but the staff gladly checked us in and after the 15 hours of flight, it was so wonderful to rest in a clean room. We reserved two rooms but the room with 1 kingbed and 1 sofabed type was spacious enough my expectation so I thought just one room for 4 members of family would do. Although we didn't get harbor view, the hotel building and the center place in the hotel was very good. The breakfast was normal American style but they had various of breads and fruits and most of all, the place was very clean and had nice view.

We prefer a separate blanket,my two sons were sleeping together and it could be more comfortable if they had a a twin size blanket for each other( about room).Absence of own parking also add some difficulties.

The biggest thing I didn't like about this hotel was the parking was expensive and its hard finding a spot to park in the streets. I feel like they should have a deal for hotel guest or something. I don't know if this was only our room but our A/C vents were pointed directly at you on the bed when its turned on. So it gets very cold or hot when you use it.

The location was great. I can easily view the city and harbor. Shops and foods are nearby and walking distance. Its a newer hotel so the rooms were in excellent condition and look good. They also had breakfast and good coffee which is a plus when a hotel has good coffee. There is also a bar area but I didn't have time to use it. The price for our stay was good it was the best around this area.

Fast and easy check-in. Clean and comfortable. Valet service was outstanding. Location is perfect to explore the Seaport, and Boston in general. Includes a complimentary breakfast, and a Noon check-out time.

Would like the breakfast on weekends to go to 11:00 instead of 10 to allow sleeping in; especially for Sunday. A drawer kept on opening and would not stay closed. Not that big a deal, but surprising.

Loved: the 12:00 checkout, the location, the staff at the front desk, the comfy furniture and views for breakfast; and that it was included.

The overnight parking is expensive which I guess is average for the area. My cell phone died and there was no way to contact the valet without it. That meant I had to go down and wait for my car to be brought around. The elevators were not super fast but, it wasn't too bad.

The included breakfast was good and there was plenty of room for all of the people who were eating. The room was very nice and the location is great. So much to do in the Seaport area. The front desk staff was friendly.

Parking!! No parking, I would advise ubering or public transportation. Staff were pleasant but could be a little bit more welcoming.

Amazing stay as always, the room was so spacious and clean. The bathroom was a great size and very modern. The breakfast was incredible, a huge selection of food from yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, eggs, bacon, breads, pastries, juices etc. My favorite hotel in Boston!
