We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe only and MAIN thing that I didn't like is that the toilet seat was dirty and a long piece of hair was wrapped/folded in a clean towel. This is the first time I event had a problem but, considering that this is a high end hotel, the bathrooms should be wiped down and cleaned even if they look clean. I think the workers are getting comfortable with not cleaning. We sit or personal parts on these toilets and there shouldn't be any butt dirt on the toilets.
Every time I come to Fishers, this place to shears be my first pick. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is great and the place is clean.....

United StatesOur room smelled terrible like onions and vomit. I went to front desk and they offered me a can of disinfectant spray. They said they did not have another suite for my family. The smell was so repulsive that it woke us during the night. I went down to front desk in the morning to discuss it, front desk person grabbed someone from the back, someone in back gave me card of someone who is supposed to call me on the matter. Their name is Nicole Jones. We shall see if I receive a call today as stated yesterday morning.

Breakfast, while basic, was presented well. The attendants taking care of the buffet did a good job. Location was excellent for a multiday stay or a business trip. Several great eating and entertainment establishments are within a 4 minute walk.

United StatesTerrible bath - water from shower spews all over the bath floor. Closet is ridiculous - has a lock box when does not permit closing of the closet door unless you lock the lockbox. Noisy room. Price was higher than it should be for a model 8 experience -- and for what? a bath that doesn't work right - terrible design. I'll never stay here again.

United StatesIssues straightaway with confirmed early check in. We had an event to attend at 4 and needed to be in the room at 3. First desk clerk took cell # and said to wait in the lobby. They would text us when ready. Shift change happened. At 3:05 I approached the desk to again state need to get in room. I booked online and confirmed early check in at 3 would be OK. New desk clerk responded that early check in is n9t guaranteed. I eventually was switched to a king room with pullout sofa but we barely made it to the wedding event on time. I was not happy. Subsequent encounters with staff were very pleasant. The hotel itself is very modern, minimalist design which felt cold and sterile to me. It was clean and comfortable as far as that goes. But for the price point, I would have hoped for some warmer, luxurious touches. The free breakfast was good. I would say that I have had equally good hot, free breakfasts at Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express - for a better rate. I don't think I would choose Hyatt hotel chain in the future. It was very pricey, but did not exceed my prior experiences with Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express.

United StatesTook an hour to checkin, literally. Staff did offer a discount because of the hassle. But then hotel is pet friendly which is fine, but when we got into our room it smelled of a wet dog and there was dog food under the desk. Luckily the smell dissipated by the next morning. Oh and no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

A 6 night stay and we quite literally had to plead to get the room serviced one time during the stay. the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall -we mentioned it 3 times and nothing was done about it. We eventually put trash and used towels out in the hallway. on departure the, front desk staff morning greeting was one word… “Room?” followed by a second word, “Receipt?” … What happened to common social courtesy in the hospitality industry??? “Good morning! Checking out ? Was everything alright with your stay with us?” … Well, actually no, we had trouble with…
