Response to an issue with the light in the bathroom was never addressed while we were there. Even though we reported it the same night I checked in. Had to change my room because it was musty and the change room had bugs in the bathroom.

People that were checking guests in were not very friendly or personable. Not just with me but with other guests as well.

When we checked in an additional charge was on the bill that was not explained to me. The Front Desk person just handed me the keys to our room and did not explain the amenities except for breakfast. In contacting the front desk about the charges, the next clerk was courteous but just assumed I understood why they were charging for possible damages to the room that should come off. When I pursued other questions about the hotel, he wanted to end the conversation sooner than I did. Pleasant but curt. I wish the suite we stayed in had a little more room. Cracked bathroom sink and worn out counter tops where bar/refrigetator were located.

Location and amenities were great. I liked where our room was located, at the end of the hall. Breakfast options were good. Exchanged towels willingly during our 1 week stay.

It seemed like the air conditioner throughout the entire building was not working making things extremely stuffy and almost musky.

Not very clean. Common areas and hallways were always dirty. Looked like they never vacuumed. Don’t look under the bed. It is filthy. I know with Covid they don’t clean the rooms everyday, but they could at least give you towels and take your garbage. Or at least keep spare garbage bags in the room. All hotels these days are like this.

Bed was very comfortable and the staff were very nice and accommodating. However, the air conditioner in the room was very loud and took some getting use to. After my long drive all I wanted was peace and quiet. Fix it please. Also, I used my room towels at the pool, staff seemed reluctant to supply more. Maybe put some towels in the pool area. I did enjy my stay. Thank yu.

The following morning I did not have the same experience regarding the front desk staff member, which I will not go into detail. Also, breakfast was not exceptional, they can use disposable plates instead of paper napkins. ( I am aware because of the pandemic the steps has been taken, still, it can be more presentable)

The rooms were clean. The housekeeping staff that was on the floor level was friendly ( just the one I met). Front desk staff - welcomed us well and we were about 20 minutes early but we were able to check-in. Easy location.

The floors were disgustingly dirty, clearly not being vacuumed for months. The room and hallways were very humid, everything felt wet. Cleaning crew came in, only removed a few dirty towels, left the rest, didn’t make the bed. It was weird, we declined cleaning the remainder of our stay.

The elevators are too slow

The Hyatt met my needs, it was hot and needed to accommodate my grandchildren and the pool served its purpose 100%. They had a blast being able to go to the pool when they wanted.
