Beautiful hotel. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile from the Desk/Reception Assistant. Everything looked clean and very well maintained. The room was equally clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was practically perfect. Best breakfast buffet I have ever seen.Will highly recommend to friends and family.

One of our beds was extremely squeaky! Our son slept in it and has an active sleeper it woke us up all night.

Overall our stay was great! It was nice to have the kids swim at the pool while my husband and I enjoyed a drink at the bar. I do want to point and recognize William! I’m not what his position is but he was doing it all. Running towels to the pool, bringing food to the bar, answering questions, everything! I asked him if you all had a washer and dryer, he gave me great instructions and even got me some laundry detergent! We were in town for a baseball tournament so we had some nasty clothes to wash up! He is a fantastic employee with such great customer service. As a General Manger myself I would hire him in a heart beat! We are coming back stay in May, we were so impressed I booked right at the bar for our next trip.

It was loud the first night - both in the hall and above. A JMU van seemed to arrive every 30-40 minutes. Did not have that problem at all the second night - guess there was just a lot going on with JMU festivities on Friday.

Friendly staff - good location, good breakfast and lots of amenities. We were more than pleased how well the guests were treated. Fast elevators, good, appointed rooms and a delicious breakfast. Plus the roof top restaurant was a value added if you didn't want to leave the property for dinner.

Everything was so clean and comfortable, the gym was super well equipped! I was so impressed by it , the pool is quite small but very comfortable , amazing rooms , they have hardwood floor so it’s super clean and the breakfast was so tasty and had good variety

Found a small caterpillar in the sheets. View isn't as nice if you are placed looking away from the town. Breakfast was mediocre after claiming it was superb and was also very crowded. Our room was directly under the venue on the top floor, so the sounds of thunder thighs could be heard from the evening till late night. Entry to Hyatt is at an ungodly angle. If you have a modified car, you can forget about the entry. Your best bet is to enter from Holiday Inn and route through the parking lot.

Very nice modern location. Lobby/dining area was beautiful. Many shops close by for leuisure. Staff was great.

Very nice place to stay, wish we would have stayed an extra day. Very nice place to stay if you have children, pull out couch was nice feature. Would have enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, had the weather been warmer. Good location if you are visiting some of Shenandoah’s caverns.

At breakfast there was a female kitchen staff earily starring out of a circular window through a door. She didn't smile when making eye contact with me several times and we were sitting the furthest away from the door she was standing behind. And at 915am exactly, her along with another seemingly unpleasant woman started evacuating the breakfast area and removing all the breakfast items, it was loud and abrasive. It ruined the overall effect of the stay, I was under the assumption that this hotel ran smoothly and without any bizarre staff. Everyone else was a joy and I pick up on people's energies and odd behavior. These women seemed like they hated their job and weren't the least bit concerned with their interactions with guests. I will say there was a very nice gentleman who seemed maybe the supervisor and he was quite pleasant, smiled at people, but he didn't seem affected by their behavior and that was shocking to me. I didn't notify anyone of their overall behavior but next time I stay, I will either say something myself to them or to staff or both. I'm not a "Karen", but I don't usually just sit quietly about stuff like this. I'm a see something say something kind of gal.

Everything was top notch, plenty of seating areas for large or small groups, delicious and fancy eatery with the addition to the placery where you can also order food 24/7. Pool was perfect temp, not hot and not cold. Local ciders offered were delicious. Room was spacious and giving, no issues with wifi or TV reception or channels, options to rent movies. Plenty of parking, great breakfast layout with proteins, fruits, yogurts, juice, hot food, etc.. Great workout area, public computer area with decadent decorating. All hotels should be like this. Will definitely stay again, and would definitely recommend.

Noise transfer was surprizing in a new hotel.

Staff polite and efficient. Helpful when needed. Location was central to EVERYTHING. Hotel was very clean throughout. We did hear guests in the hallway one night and bathroom noise from a room above us; the guests settled fairly quickly and the other noises were intermittent and did not disrupt sleep. Breakfast was fantastic--way better than other places we have stayed with 'continental' service. EV charging was also appreciated.

The roof top restaurant was suppose to be our dinner for the night we stayed, but we didn’t really see anything appetizing on the menu and chose to eat somewhere else.

I had a great stay at the Hyatt hotel. The inside was very sleek and modern. My fiance and I slept in so we didn’t get to experience the breakfast but from what I’ve heard, it was pretty good. The shower was nice and hot but the pressure could’ve been a little better. Overall it was nice and I would stay here again.
