The room looked clean but pulled sheets back to find bloody sheets so to the extra covers I carried too sleep in and that was the second room and very dissatisfied.stay before with no problem

Everything was great

I'm not sure the two staff names that was working at 4am but they went above and beyond. After driving 15 hours from NYC and having another 15 to go to Colorado my wife booked this. After swearing I was only getting 5 and a half hours of sleep I overslept and was 30 min past checkout. After throwing everything in our bags and taking the pets to the car I went to the desk to checkout and apologize knowing I would probably have to pay for another night since I was an hour past. Checked out just to find out those two amazing people had given me a 6 pm checkout. I was almost tempted to go back to bed. If you're reading this, Thank you so much. Beds were great pillows were comfortable? Shower was clean and hot, and of course the staff was superb.

The breakfast was okay, but not special. No oatmeal or pancake/waffles offered. The eggs were cold both mornings. The bathroom area is very small. The beds were very firm, not what I sleep on at home. I read that a refresh is planned starting next month. That will be very welcomed here.

Location of the hotel was great for us. We toured the IMS and the Good Bones housing district and we could easily find them from our hotel. Our room was right off the elevator which was perfect for me as I have trouble walking very far. Parking was great, too. The fruit compote with berries was delicious at breakfast.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the furniture was old and worn. The uncomfortable bed is reason enough to not return.

Found blood in first room, second room didn’t clean room and was not told I had to ask for daily cleaning when checking in therefore, my room was not cleaned nothing and staff tried to blame me for not requesting it when it was not offered from the beginning

Had kids..pool was closed. Pool was the reason we stayed there. Dog in the next room barked from 3 to 4 in the morning.

The hotel needs a deep clean. The bathroom door was filthy. The couch in the room was dusty and had dirt and crumbs underneath. The bathroom is TINY— the door nearly hits the toilet. The sink is outside of the bathroom. The cost was high, so I expected a more pleasant experience.

Check-in was fast and the staff was friendly. It was nice to have complimentary breakfast. The pool area is nice.

When booking my Indianapolis trip for me and my family I filtered by the very first thing that was most important, a pool to enjoy. I was very disappointed to know the pool was closed after I checked in. I asked staff if I missed the note that the pool was closed on the website and she said no, it's not there. I would have never stayed there had i known beforehand. So when I would have overlooked everything else because at least I had a pool, now I cant help to highlight the uncomfortable pillows, tub that didnt stop for the shower, and the noisy traffic while trying to sleep.

The staff was very nice.
