Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe 24hr snack bar was horrible. Had very few items to select from. Basically, a pkg of peanut M&Ms, one snack bag of bbq chips or a banana. The bartender let the front desk clerk make me my one cocktail. She charged me $11 for a one shot liquor drink and then the bartender came back over and took the tkt. I was nice enough enough to leave the other person a tip. why I left a tip even I don't know.

United StatesThe only negative thing was the last night we were there the tv did not work. We noticed as we were leaving earlier that day they were replacing the tvs. Contacted front desk an they said it was because of a storm I highly doubt that but its whatever. Also whoever installed the tv left some of the trash from the install in the room and did not put the please do not disturb back on the door as we had it.
The staff was friendly and fast to answer any questions we had. The location was good. Hotel was quite and the was a great size. Well lighted parking lot.

United Statesa surprise incidental fee at the counter. I did everything to have the trip “paid for” before I got there so the money I brought for entertainment wouldn’t be touched. I got to the counter and they told me my card didn’t h go through. I explained the room was paid for and was told it was an incidental fee. I would like to know in advance for ANY and ALL fees ahead of time and not when I get there.
