I thought all Hyatts have an indoor pool and hot tub?

Breakfast had a good selection, but I prefer to make a fresh waffle, but they only had pre-made French toast. Coffee was good, an omlette would have been tastier than plain scrambled eggs.

Dated but noticed renovations are underway. Was given 2 rooms to accommodate a mixup on reservation. We accepted and were grateful. Called for a toilet repair which was a quick fix. Heating system was confusing. A very small restroom in one.

I was skeptical about booking the hotel because of so many reviews on the construction. However, since we were staying only 1 day I thought we’d go ahead with it. I’m glad we did because the hotel looks great with the modern update. I don’t think the construction was as bad as most people make it to be (at least when we were there). Of course, it is to be expected. I feel like they are doing their best to not make it an issue for the customers. I love the new modern exterior and interior. I’m excited to see what the rooms will look like after they are done. Overall, we had a great time. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. The breakfast was great. Had good hot and savory options. We will stay again if we are in KC.

The construction was a little inconvenient at times and all amenities were not shared at checkin. Sofa couch very uncomfortable. Need new couches and mattress.

The room I was in, 408, seemed dirty. I'm used to there being a place near the bed where I can plug in my phone and fan, but that wasn't there so that was disappointing. The pillows had hard lumps in them. The bathroom was teeny tiny.

The breakfast was better than expected. The property was under renovation so that wasn't ideal, but understandable. The staff were very nice and attentive.

They have additional charge of $15 which I don't know what it is?? The venue for breakfast should be more spacious. We almost don’t have a table to eat with my kids.

There’s destruction on the first floor and reception is currently set up in a small room which is also the dining room. We stayed Saturday night and left Sunday morning, so we didn’t hear any construction noise.

The hotel is centrally located with many eateries and shopping nearby. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was ok.. ends at 9am. I like that checkout time isn’t till noon, so that gives you plenty of time.

It's not really their fault entirely but the current construction just made entering and exiting the building a little inconvenient.

We were welcomed politely by staff upon entering. The room was incredibly tidy. The bathroom was amazing!

The location was perfect. I was in town for a conference and this place was cheaper to stay at but close to where I needed to be. I loved the room. I had a King suite so lots of room. The staff were very kind. I'm not a big fan of hotel breakfasts because most of the time they are very carby. They did have all the basics including eggs & bacon, which I love but I like my bacon crispy so that's a me thing. Otherwise, there was a great variety for everyone. there were restaurants nearby and a Walmart if you needed anything. I would stay here again.

Our bathtub/shower leaked the first night. It was repaired the next day while we were out, and didn’t really impact our stay. I do wish that this location had an indoor pool.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, but it was unobtrusive, and not too loud. The breakfast selections were great, with comfortable seating, and our room was spacious.

It hade really good breakfast, I like that it offers shampoo,conditioner and body wash you don’t get that any anywhere else.
