Breakfast was a little chaotic. Food and offerings were pretty good, but I would suggest designating an entrance and exit for a better flow.

The property was clean and neat, the staff was very friendly, and it was just a short trip to the Forum and the airport! And there was a bunny on the front lawn one evening!

The first time I stayed, there was no window in the room but the second stay was better with a view of outside. The lady in front desk was very patient with a customer who insisted on his request/argument for like 20 minutes or so, while there was a long queue wating behind him but as soon as he left and it was my turn and when I just asked if it’s possible to change our room to 2 single beds if available, she quickly answered as no and acted very impatiently for my second question which lasted less than 1 min in total, showing the long line as an excuse. I believe all the customers should be treated equally, regardless of their nationality, gender, etc.

The location is very convenient for a short stay, if u wanna be close to the airport to avoid LA traffic. Airport shuttle is a great help as well.

While I tried to use the laundromat at 4am (roughly) May 6, there's some trouble happened. I paid by credit card, but one of the laundromat didn't work. It made me uncomfortable, and I told the clerk of front desk that he replied me he will pass to someone to check it. Till my checked out, there's no further update to me.

The temperature in the room. The air conditioning is located in the living room and because of that in the bed it felt very warm.

The location was just good, being near the airport it was an advantage and the transfers worked very good. The breakfast was decent even when doesn’t have much variety.

Shuttles are not every 20 minutes as listed, I would say every 30-45 minutes with traffic. We had to wait for almost an hour to get on the next shuttle, the first was full we and ended up missing our flight. So I’d recommend you plan ahead.

We stayed a whole weekend and no one from room service attended our room . Towels and trash stacked up . I asked gentleman at front when I returned my key he said since Covid you have to ask for those services.

Great to have the free shuttle. Breakfast was reasonably good. Rooms are newly renovated so the hotel is very modern and comfortable with a lot of amenities.

The automated message from Booking.com gave us the wrong phone number to call for airport shuttle and said you had to call for shuttle to pick up at airport. (This was very confusing)The hotel message said which shuttle to get on and didn’t say you had to call shuttle. The airport message was correct. When we arrived by airport the shuttle dropped us at back of hotel (which hotel message said would happen) Better signage to show way to back entrance would have been helpful and easy to do! Lower prices for meals would be great!

We’re over 65 and wanted to break the long flight home from London to Brisbane, Australia. We spent 2 nights here. The room was a great size with King bed (comfortable)and also a sofa. We enjoyed the view of the runway. There are was a little noise from planes but didn’t stop us from sleeping. Breakfast was ok, a few hot dishes including scrambled egg, cereal, fruit etc. the staff were great, always friendly and willing to help. We had a few drinks at the bar and ate there both nights. Food was good but expensive. There was a Starbucks next door which was good for a morning latte! We had a late flight home and there was no problem leaving our bags when we went out for the day!

Hyatt Place should have their own airport shuttle bus. Sharing one with other hotels is quite inconvenient for the traveler.

The parking fee was more expensive than our expectation. Besides of that, my partner and I had a satisfying experience at the Hyatt hotel.

The breakfast was very satisfying. I especially liked the yogurt and berry jam. It was very fresh and I didn't see the same quality in any other hotel. Also, the interior of the room was very modern and we liked it. You can see departing and arriving airplane very close and we didn't hear any noise from that. I also liked that they have laundry room open for 24 hour, and you can ask for detergent at the desk.
