Double bed (full size) was too small. Bathroom was too small and no sink. I didn’t like how I have to touch door knobs before I wash my hands after bathroom usage. Only had 1 trash bin. I didn’t like how we had to pay for parking. It didn’t say anything regarding that when I booked. The person in charge of breakfast station was kinda rude.

booking.com confirmed my stay would be 141 dollars, i had to pay a total of 192 once i arrived at the establishment. the room i stayed in was barely cleaned, didnt have a microwave and the refrigerator door fell completely off the when we opened the refrigerator.

This place should be temporarily closed and renovated. It's nasty. The hotel had old, worn, used furniture with dirty fabric and scratched and scarred wood tables and chairs.. The walls in the hallway were painted by someone other than a professional. The carpet in the room and hallway was gross. The vinyl tile in the elevator was dirty. Teach your staff that smiling is a part of good hospitality; it's a REQUIREMENT. Customer service was not good, poor training of staff. Pay your staff a higher pay and expect more from them. This place is not suitable for anyone to stay.

The room wasn’t swept. We also had to pay 7.00 a night to park. The price of the rooms thats crazy to make us pay to park. We won’t be back.

I had to fix the toilet so we could flush, ac didn't work unless you set it to coldest temp ., sheets on the pullout bed were dirty, right side of mattress caved in.

Our room was not clean. There was hair in the shower and debris in the sink. When we checked out, I asked for a printed receipt. I had to interrupt 3 employees that were chatting at the front desk in order to even ask for it. I was told that I would have to wait for a manager who was upstairs. They turned back to their conversation and ignored me. I waited for several minutes and finally just left. I will not stay there again.

Once we arrived I had to pay an additional $9 for parking at the hotel after I had already paid $130 for just one night to have a room. A very strong smell of bleach poured out from the bathroom. The pillows on the bed were not comfortable. There was also clothes left behind from others who had stayed in the room before us that the cleaning crew failed to pick up.

It was dirty, unsafe, and very poorly run. The back door was literally broken like someone tried to break in. The elevator floors in both elevator’s was filthy add stayed that way. I did not see anyone cleaning anything the whole tine we were there. The breakfast was cold with items that were not refilled. The person who worked the breakfast was never there. I mentioned to an employee who was around the area that the waffle machine snd the hot water was empty and she just gave me a dirty look and walked away.

There wasn’t anything that I liked about this property. I have stayed at many Hyatts and this one was the worst one I have ever seen. For the amount of $ it was a real didsppointmrnt
