There is a major restoration for fire damage we didn’t know about though it didn’t affect our stay directly. The bar never was available due to staffing issues. The ground floor restrooms were closed throughout our stay. Parking is weird as the first row is only for EVs and handicap, and the spaces themselves were extremely narrow even for our Subaru. The provided breakfast was ok at best. Overlooks freeway but was fairly quiet.

It is a newer facility and was in a perfect location for our trip. Very modern decor, rooms were spacious and clean, with a bar, small store at desk and a breakfast area. It is located near retail and restaurants. Fairly easy access to the freeway. Staff we interacted with were pleasant.

The breakfast was very good. The location is very close to the freeway and shopping, restaurants etc.

Parking absolutely sucks in front of the hotel. From the back od the hotel the only entrance in is from the pool. Not convenient or nice at all. Did not like how under construction rooms were still.

Location was decent. Bartender was nice and so was all the staff.

It would have been great if Hyatt changed the policy of room cleaning to everyday. Not only does it improve customer satisfaction but also provides more jobs.

Clean facility with friendly staff. Value for money given where it is located. It is very conveniently located and takes about 45 mins from the airport. Highly recommend if you are visiting Fremont, Newark or San Jose.

The bar hours are terrible! They need to be open later so you can enjoy a night cap after a busy day. The parking is terrible! Two many unused EV spots and too many compact spots. No room for larger vehicles and exposure to damage. Terrible!

My son and I had a beer in the bar Saturday night. The beer was terrible. It was incredibly flat and practically on drinkable. It tasted like beer flavored water. You really need to change the kegs more often. And your bartender/front desk employee does not know how to pour a proper beer.

The restaurant was a big mess and terrible food (for the outrageous prices they where quoting you get microwave food, ) although maybe the reason it was that they just opened this hotel Staff at reception was awesome and very helpful but the “manager” (at least she was acting like she was) was only drinking cocktails the whole evening and only “busy” with a kind of photoshoot. She had no eyes for guest at all.

Breakfast food quality was terrible, lack of fresh vegetables, cheese quality below any critique, american toast bread is not a real bread and it's not that hard to replace with something edible.

Overall cleanliness and staff were very friendly. Gym facilities were ok and always clean. Surrounding of the hotel were well kept.

The manager didn’t seem to want to work he wasn’t helpful when we use the pool in the morning there were no fresh towels to be put out he walked into facility. I told him and he didn’t bother bringing back any towels. We just had to use one wet towel that we had afterwards I stated that fact to him and he said well nobody wants to work we’re understaffed, which was bizarre to me because he could’ve himself is leave. Just replace the towels even if there’s nobody around it wasn’t my first incident with him he wasn’t a good manager. He doesn’t know customer service, and he didn’t seem to be helpful. On the other hand, there was a lady there who is extremely helpful. I think she was in management and she compensated us nicely as it was my son’s birthday for the stress that we were under because they wouldn’t give us early check-in and we had to wait around the hotel, until she understood the situation, rectified everything professionally and nicely

The property itself is great nice spacious room, nice pool, and a good breakfast.

We opted to try the pool only 1 night during our 6 night stay, upon entering at 9:15(pool closes at 10), there were no towels so my husband went to retrieve some from the front desk and was greeted with “the pool closes soon” my husband told him yes I know and he was told “these are the last 2 pool towels I have” my husband said okay that’s all I needed anyway, the pool was so cold there was no way to even take a small dip, we checked this with our hands a couple more times throughout our stay to make sure they didn’t turn off the heat at certain times, I do not believe it to ever be heated because we only observed people swimming in it twice during our week at the hotel. The shower in our room would not drain for the first 3 days, I took a razor to prop open the grate and noticed it was completely clogged with hair that had black mold growing under the grate, I clean professionally and I know this to not have been cleaned for many months, I cleaned out the hair so I was able to bathe, the rubber mat provided was covered in loose hairs as well as hairs tied around all the rubber backs. Our room was extremely dusty and I found it odd that we as a couple of 2 staying 6 nights were only provided with 3 towels, after the other towel encounter I felt wrong for asking so opted not to. The provided outlet and phone usb ports next to the bed did not work and I could only get my phone charger to fit in one outlet in the whole entire room. The breakfast is not as good as the photos show but it is is the only benefit I found to make up for the cost of the hotel but do be weary as most of the dishes are still wet, filled with water, and crusted with old food, every morning I had to clean my dishes out with a napkin. Be weary of the snacks as they sold me 10 day expired hummus and crackers at the front desk. The “restaurant” has 6 items on the menu and that’s it. For being a luxury hotel I was not impressed, I have stayed in far better for much less.

The beds were comfortable with high quality linens and pillows, mattress was soft and we got a good nights rest every night but the last as we had neighbors above us that were either running or moving furniture for over an hour

I didn't like the room we were in because we were above the meeting/party room. We were not told about the party that was happening the day of our stay. We could hear the music and it was LOUD since our room was above the room of the party.

I have stayed at this hotel 6 times and this was the worst. There was no shampoo or body wash in the shower. The bottles were there but were all empty. They had a fire many months ago with water damage. We were on the 5th floor and the walls were still obviously water damaged in the hall and an area of carpet was ripped up. Why but patrons on this floor if it looks like this? I would advise asking for a room not facing the highway as the noise at times can be loud.

The do not have a restaurant but do serve breakfast which is nice. Its much easier to navigate on weekdays but the weekends the area is busy and it may be hard to find seating. The parking is plentiful and the hotel is in a nice location.
