Bed was a little too firm for me

Parking was expensive but it was on site which is nice. Was able to see my car from the room. Had the best water pressure I’ve ever experienced in my life. I wanted to stay in the shower for hours.

It was difficult to get parking in the evening. In some cases, we were not able to get parking even though we were charged a daily rate for parking.

Everything was fine except for the parking.

BREAKFAST WAS GREAT BUT THE BUFFET RAN OUT OF THINGS BEFORE SCHEDULED TIME WAS UP, EATEN BY LARGE NUMBERS OF TEENAGERS IN TOWN FOR CONFERENCE AND NOT REFILLED.

We found the overheaded white light above the bathroom mirror too bright....maybe suggest to change the light fixture in the future.

Upon arrival, we found the SB drink left on the floor in the room, so maybe the maid forgot to discard it after cleaning the room. We have enjoyed their great hot breakfast buffet! Only we disliked their hotel coffee brand but we love their tea brand!

The food, was picked over, not too my liking, we were disappointed, no one ate the food just a banana. For a high quality hotel this was poor quality food choice. I joined your rewards program hope next trip I see some improvement.

One elevator broken and no access to stairs. Long waits for elevator. Also the breakfast was not serving food fast enough to keep up with all guests.

The only downside is the cost of parking at about $20 per night although there is an attendant available 24 hours so I can’t complain much about that.

The property is conveniently located in the downtown area near a myriad of restaurants and within close proximity to the University. I like the cleanliness of the facility and guest rooms. The buffet style breakfast is very good with a good variety of foods to suit guest needs. We enjoyed the sausage and bacon, scrambled eggs and toast. There is also fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, and cereal. An added bonus is Starbucks drinks on-site available 24 hours although I did not get to partake in this amenity during this visit. The staff is very accommodating and professional.

There was one evening when I was told I had to park in a another area that was across the street because they had a engagement party going on which I was upset about I had my grandchildren with me and at night there is a lot of homeless. I complained because they charge you 25.00 for parking. They did end up reimbursing me. Also there is two elevators but only one was working and when they fixed the one the other one went down. Lots of walking dead around hotel and parking lot. We were told security was In parking lot, the whole time we were there, no security guard. They have a person who is in the parking lot to make sure you have a parking permit but leave around 9pm.

I loved the location only because the mission inn is right behind the Hyatt.

The hotel was good overall but definitely expensive for what it is and where it is. Also the add on charges are extremely expensive considering the location (in other words it is not Los Angeles or San Francisco). The car parking charge is expensive but the most expensive of all was that I was charged $18 for 1 short phone call to Los Angeles....I was told it is long distance hence the charges!

Breakfast was good. I particularly liked the fresh fruit. Staff were very pleasant and helpful
