Refrigerator didn't work until it was switched out. There was no microwave in our room. I requested it and it took a day to get one after requesting it a second time.

Very clean, comfortable with friendly staff. Location is in the business district. Breakfast is included, full breakfast bar, tasty. They have Starbucks at the bar.

The hotel needs to be updated–specifically the bathroom and the shower. The carpet felt wet/sticky. The breakfast was not incredible but they had the basics.

The hotel was very close to Temple Square, shopping, and nice restaurants. Also right next to the jazz stadium. The room was spacious (we were given the ADA room assuming because we had a dog) and the bed was very comfortable.

Great location and the rooms are very comfortable. We had a very nice lunch at the bar and the clerk was very helpful. I can't remember his name, but we had a nice conversation with him.

The bed was far more firm than we're used to and left us a little achy by morning. Getting the room to the ideal temperature we wanted was a bit of a challenge as well. The pros outweighed the cons greatly, though.

Loved the location due to its proximity to The Depot concert venue that I attended a show at. The access from parking lot to room was really ideal for quick trips between the room and the car when needed. The room was the perfect size for our needs and very clean!

Asked for an extra blanket at night and only one person was working at that time and she as super busy. Two people should be working at all times to keep up the excellent service I received when I checked in.

One minor hiccup was the lack of hot water in the shower but the manager was very understanding and accommodating. They are quick to address issues which speaks of their hospitality and standards. Also, add brighter lights in the bathroom for makeup application for us women if possible.

We couldn't be happier with our choice for hotels. It's was the first time staying in Salt Lake City for us and we were attending a show at the Complex which was just a short walk. The location was perfect! It was just my daughter and I and we felt totally safe at this hotel. Staff was super sweet and unloading our car was a breeze out front. Parking on site for $10 a day was well worth it. There are many restaurants right next to this hotel and a luxury cinema. Breakfast was very good and they had many options. Our room was very clean and spacious. Let me say that I am very paticular about cleanliness and I had zero complaints which says alot (lol)The beds were comfortable as well. We will definitely stay here again. The manager was very nice and helped accommodate a last minute additional night. I would definitely suggest this hotel if you are looking to stay downtown. The local tram transit also runs right by this hotel so great if you don't want to walk.

No microwave in the room. And for me the bed was a little hard. A towel rack in the shower room is needed.

The facility was excellent, the breakfast was great with good choices, the room was large, well appointed and clean. The locations was excelent for my purposes, but what was the best was the staff. I have never had such good service from a hotel staff. Friendly helpful and just a joy to deal with.
