There was the problem with hot water. It was hard to get cleaned up initially.

It had a fine breakfast, especially given recent limits on food services. There was a problem getting hot water and the staff addressed it quickly and discounted the room price. The staff was very responsive and helpful overall.

They charged us $10.00 more than what we reserved the room for. When I tried to show the front desk person what the app showed after taxes, she dismissed me and didn’t try to fix it. I was too tired to argue.

Location was great. Not far off interstate and extremely close to Notre Dame. The staff was friendly and the room size was great! Breakfast was wonderful, there were many options to choose from, including a take away.

Didn’t like the guy using a drill across the hall. He was very nice but I didnt Know if I should turn back n ask for another room. I actuAlly asked the guy that too as I approached, but he said he’d only be a lil longer. It was a while longer. It dampened the vibe for sure.

It was quiet n near things. I loved That the person who booked me brought it to my attention that I booked It online for the wrong date! She was amazing and not only hot me a room but tried to have me more private

The hotel was very nice. The room was a great size as it contained two beds and a couch which was perfect for our family. The room was clean and modern. Breakfast was continental and included a cup of fruit not just the standard banana.

Requested a handicapped room which we did get. But our understanding was the shower was to be a no step in unit but it was a tub with high sides.

Towel rack in the shower was weird, thought it could have been over the toilet. The door to use the restroom made it feel smaller.

Probably not their fault since whoever was in before me probably didn't tell them. However the shower would not drain very fast and I'd have to stand in some water for like five minutes. During check out.I told them and they were going to fix the problem. Apparently there was just a soccer team in there a week before.
