Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesValet is $22/night but you can also self park. The hotel is an old Hyatt hotel, but it needs some upgrades in the rooms. Location is downtown but not close to restaurants or anything like that. Overall I would give it a B-
It had a luxurious feel, but you can see it was older. Also you have an area downstairs that has stores and a Starbucks. The staff was nice. Nice size rooms and clean hallways and rooms.

United StatesThe restaurant/bar in the lobby doesn’t stay open long enough. The downtown area is hard to get around because, both times we’ve visited, a lot of the roads were blocked.
The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The hotel is beautiful, classy, clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was awesome having a pool on the 3rd floor and a park across the street for my son.

United StatesWe didn’t care for the shower pressure—too weak. You had to hold down the handle on the toilet for awhile so it could flush properly. We didn’t like that there were so many homeless people around the area outside.
The hotel was beautiful and clean. We loved that our room was high up! The location was perfect for where we needed to go. Even though we were downtown where there’s a lot of noise out in the city, it was still quiet inside the hotel. We enjoyed drinks and dinner the first night at the convenient restaurant/bar right in the hotel.

United StatesThe water out of the tap only came out warm or hot, with no cold water available. The ice machine on our floor was out of order as well. However, these were very minor things that did not negatively impact our stay.
The view was beautiful overlooking the Sandia Mountains. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had great pressure and temperature. The hotel is walkable to several restaurants, so we were able to leave the care behind.
