No restaurant availability. They had a bar in which they said you could order dinner. Unable to do so because it was filled with happy hr people.

Ice machine on our floor didn't work and the room i reserved was not available and it was the only thing I wanted for my daughter for the room to have pool view.

The first secretary Sara.. was not friendly. She stated that my original room would be blocked by a wall due to the renovations. I asked her if she had a room available that wasn’t near the construction.. she puffed and unhappily provided me with a room that was out of the construction zone.

It was CROWDED! Understandable for labor day weekend. Annoying yahoo behavior from guests not being respectful of others, and acting a bit intoxicated. Not the hotel's fault though. Very fun weekend. Definitely prefer going on a quieter date, but definitely worth it.

The water park is always a hit with my girls. They were baking firewood pizzas at poolside and had several activities for the children. The staff is always very polite and accommodating and do a great job at keeping the facilities clean even at full capacity.

No microwaves available and if you request it's a $20 charge. Families stay here for the resort for a few days and sucks that we can't heat up snacks or small bites conveniently. Also have seen guests enter pool area wearing full on normal attire with shoes (should only be bathing attire) and nobody asking them to leave. Very uncomfortable to see.

Very nice rooms and amenities. Liked that can contact customer support via text 24/7. There is a water dispenser with ice available at no extra charge which is nice.

Was given the wrong room at check-in. Didn't have cold water waiting for arriving guest (it was 113 in Indian Wells, CA) Had to change the room after being given incorrect one (queen room with 2 queen beds reserved, got 1 king and a full) We were upgraded to the mini penthouse but had no microwave or ice maker in the room. Both phones in this room had static in them. Remote in bedroom needed batteries replaced and were inoperable. Insufficient self parking (I believe this facility allows day use to non guests who take up the self parking from guests). This resort should consider adding solar covering in the self parking lots. This would've provided guests shade from the intense heat.

Checking in was easy. All staff were professional from valet, doorman, and check-in associates. After speaking with the manager, Cameron, he was able to offer us an update grade to the mini penthouse. Mr Cameron was very professional, patient, and empathetic to our situation.

Prices for the food and drinks were a bit out of control but the facilities were well kept and clean.

The room we booked was for a Mountain View but we didn’t get that. We didn’t bother to make any changes since our request to have room near by were provided

Rooms are way over priced lots of extra chargers for what we paid for two room could of had a great time in Laughlin all 5 pools where like bath water grand kids loved the water slide but that was it

Everyone was friendly! Everything was very friendly.

The only issue was the air conditioner did not cool the room at night! It said it was on 68 degrees but we were all sweating through the night. It was very hot outside but the air would turn on and off as if it reached temp but it definitely didn’t feel like it was 68!
