Far from places to see you really need a car.

Clean , great staff , convenient parking facilities and looks more like a resort.

We have requested a quit room on a higher floor, however we got a room on a lower floor 3, and looking at the front parking area. Completely opposite if what we requested. The bathroom was flooding with every shower.

It was clean and well organized.

i wish there was more "common areas" where you can hang out with friends and NOT in the bar. we like to play cards/ board games with our friends. we had to move some furniture around to make a table of 6. they have a LOT of open space in that hotel lower level lobby. we even had dedicated rooms for our soccer team but that closed at 9 pm and we were asked to leave (even though no one else was there for 3 days after to require them to set up the room to another party. Another thing i HATE in hotels lately is the lack of ability to lock the bathroom door. this hotel also doesn't have a lock on the bathroom door. last thing i didn't like is that every room door that closes, makes SO much noise and can easily wake up a few rooms next to it. i'm taking about a LOUD slam unless you hold it and close it slowly.

We stayed here 3 times already. service was beyond professional and accommodating! the hotel is clean, full of fun little things for the kids, it's quite and east to get to. off the highway so easy to get to the beach (12 minutes drive) and many restaurants a few minutes' drive away.

Didn't like all the additional fees I had to pay - Booking listed the price at $179, and the total cost ended up being $269 with the $40 resort fee (I didn't come to use the pool, tennis courts, etc.), and the parking $35/night. Also, I needed to charge my EV rental car, and couldn't even charge it in the garage because it wasn't a powerful enough charging station.

Clean, big, free breakfast, large comfortable beds, great bathroom

Scheduled maintenance to plumbing the night I stayed and informed us that the water would be shut off from 10pm through 5am. I got to the hotel at around 9pm which only gave me and my family an hour of water use which forced us to rush. They never actually turned the water off though so in the end there was no reason for us to rush which was frustrating.

They gave us free onsite parking due to the inconvenience of having the water shut off from 10pm through 5am

The room is not that sound proof. I could hear ppl on the hallway talking and walking. Also I could hear what ppl are talking next door. They were talking loudly. I could hear very clearly. There was no central control of lighting in the room. I need to turned each light/lamp off one by one.

Great location. Close by UCSD and regent complex.

Upon arrival they have valet parking. If you want to check in they charge you $12 to unload for the first hour. We were directed to self parking and as we drove into the lot a staff member was at the entrance asking if we were there for the event. We said no just for hotel stay. He said ok. He did not give us directions to where we should park, and we ended up parking under the south end which we couldn’t use the elevator to get upstairs. We had to walk up a huge hill and saw we were actually under the Citizens Bank parking lot. It was very far away. I was so tired and annoyed. The staff needs to give better information on where to park for the hotel so we can actually get into the hotel from underneath. They need signs atleast saying hotel parking near north elevator. The staff member did apologize and credited me a day of parking. But I ended up removing parking altogether because I found that the parking on the street was much easier and we had no problem getting a spot. And is free. Also parking per day in the garage was around $42-$48 I believe. The valet parking attendants should be a little more informative for people just arriving. We felt lost going into the parking area not realizing we were almost 2 blocks away from the hotel when we came out.

Comfortable beds and clean. Staff was very accommodating with any things we needed. Coffee bar in the lobby

The water pressure in the shower in the late afternoon evening was very bad. It would fluctuate from having pressure to almost turning off and becoming ice cold. I also had to call the front desk and make a Josie complaint because the guests in the next room were blasting music very loudly. Security came up and had them turn the music down in a timely manner.

The facilities were very nice and clean.

The beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable for me. The restaurant for breakfast seemed a little disorganized and service was a bit slow. Also buffet breakfast doesn’t have many options for the price.
