The smell of marijuana is pervasive. Luckily, staff was very helpful in helping us find a different room.

The staff was not available when we called for bath cloth because the maid only gave us one in a two guest room. When we called at 9 pm there was no one available to help us, so we had to use a large towel as a bath cloth. Also, upon leaving, the staff was slow on checking us out.

Lobby restaurant seemed to have only higher end offerings - wasn't sure what I could have purchased for my 11 yr old. Brought in food from local store. The sheets felt starched - definitely clean, but very very stiff and rough texture. I didn't have trouble getting my room upon arrival b/c I arrived 9pm Friday. But on Saturday there were 6 different weddings' worth of guests checking in and the line to check in was incredibly long. Check in desk should have had more personnel, knowing how many people were coming.

Lobby and convention area was nice for hanging around in during Dance convention. Many major food chains are relatively close nearby. Pool was nice and a sunny room.

Everything was very good until the shower, where there was only lukewarm water. There was plenty of hot water at the sink. The staff reduced my rate but it was still disappointing to have a barely warm shower. Also, I disliked the room heating system.....off and on every 5 minutes and on the noisy side. I ended up leaving the fan on all night and wearing ear plugs.

The room, bed and pillows were all very good and the facility top notch. And the front desk personnel were well trained and very nice.

The breakfast was fine, nothing wrong with it but very expensive for an egg and bacon buffet.

There was no bell boy to take our luggage in the night, I have to take all the suitcases myself. Night housekeeping was very rude as if she don't like her job much.

5 Star Property at Reasonable Price. Nice quiet location. Restaurants are in 2 Miles Radius. Comfy beds.

Bar should take credit card not only room number, need smart TV’s very old tv and analog tv was grainy. Also pictures show a indoor hot tub but none was on site.

Property was looking a little dated. Water stains on the ceiling of the hallway, ripped curtains in our room. The downstairs was very nice; it’s too bad they didn’t carry the renovations through to the upper levels. Also, the breakfast menu was very limited, so we chose to eat off property.

The lobby was beautiful and the indoor pool and gym were very convenient and easy to use. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

The hotel is big but its dated and needs a face lift. The rooms are sad and the lobby is really not a proper reception . I think if you renovate you will get more people like me to come back. The hotel has a great gym but like I said, rejuvenation of the rooms and overall appearance would do justice to the Hyatt’s reputation.

A fan in the bathroom would be good.

It was attractively landscaped, set back from roads, and so very peaceful (for the area), and the well maintained pools were a lovely way to begin and end the day. Our 7th floor room was clean, attractively appointed, and quiet, with vistas of trees stretching eastward. Laurie at the front desk, who checked us in and out on very busy days, was helpful, friendly, professional, and good humored with a computer-related challenge.
