The staff was very friendly and helpful .The front lady even gave the kids some rubber duckies to play in the pool with.The room.came with full size bottles of shampoo ,conditioner and body wash which was a nice touch.The location was great as it was close to anything you would really ever need . My family would be happy to stay here again .

The escalator going up to the second floor was not working but other than that our stay was perfect.

The room was well furnished, the beds and linens were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Checkin was annoying with the check-in parking and main lot parking full. One other person was at check-in with me so I was confused why so many spaces were taken up in the temp spaces. Many homeless right out front, but I guess you get that in downtown.

When we checked in they sent us to the room. And the housekeeping was in their cleaning. So we had to go back to the lobby and switch rooms. And haul luggage up and down.

There were no windows to open and therefore no fresh air in the room. Also the walls were too thin. We were woken by the couple fighting in the room beside us on Friday and Saturday night. We finally had to call security.

It was loud . Could here every body in morning down in common area . At night we could hear everyone through the halls the room next to us TV . The air conditioner blows right onto your face in second bed by window . Breakfast Buffett sucked was awful .

I wish breakfast had been included in the room price. It was an expensive extra charge at the restaurant considering what was served was the exact same basic items as any hotel continental breakfast. Several elevators were out of service so there were extended waits at times.

The location was perfect for us. Beds were comfortable and showers had excellent water pressure. The city view from our room was beautiful. Staff were very kind and professional.

Our room smelled like marijuana every night. It was awful. When we called the front desk, the gentleman was extremely rude and the security guard they sent upstairs reaked of pot as well. Nothing was done and there was no offer to move our room. We were traveling with little kids so it was frustrating

The location was fantastic and the outdoor seating was great! Parking was easy and the valet service was exceptional.

Because of the way the hotel is layed out it was SO loud. I visited at a time where hundreds of children seemed to be around and the noise was incredible. Got woken up at 5:30 by screaming kids in the hotel lobby which echo’d up the whole building
