Location was amazing. The golf course is massive and beautiful. The pool and other facilities are very nice.

not so much space for the pet. you can walk early in the morning across the golf field, but it is different entity and they don’t like it.

We all know that Covid-19 is a problem. But when you take a day or two for a break vacation, you like all the extra's at the resort/spa. The dining area seemed to be understaffed. Our waitress was excellent and well deserved 20% tip. As a Chef with years of experience. Someone should look at the menu and include better options for the evening meals. 5 STAR Review Risotto, small shrimp plater, bread plate. Beyond words for excellence in flavor.

The room lacked glass ware for wine. The bath soaps, extras need an upgrade. Not sufficient small washcloth towels. Location of coffee maker/extra (Plastic cups) was disappointing. Room was clean and otherwise great.

Location of room on a street & not attached to the main hotel was not what we expected. It looked a scary & homeless person casing cars in parking lot. Our area of hotel looks very 1970s The lay out of the hotel bathroom was not good. No counter top in the bathroom to lay important things like contact lenses out so they almost went down the drain

Restaurant and bar cannot keep up with crowds on busy weekends. Wait times are too long to make the experience great.

Needs renovation and not having daily housekeeping is a downside given they charge the same price as before COVID. But it’s a great location and nice enough.

Breakfast time should be end at 11am, 10am is too early as this is a resort hotel, people came here to enjoy vacation and relax. Won’t wake up too early.

One of the manager doesn’t know how to do her job by the name of Sharron! Being lie to in my face and getting cough is not good! Having management like that the Hyatt will have a-lot of issues with there guess!!!

To me it’s over priced considering the service. They don’t clean your room daily, resturant receptionist was not friendly, very thin walls and ceilings different noises coming from both ways gave us sleepless nights

The lobby and grounds are beautiful but the room was plain and the bathroom was very small. There was only 1 towel rack so as a family of 4 we hung them in the closet to dry between showers. No counter space so we had to keep Toiletries out by the TV. The room was nice and a perfect size for us and the balcony was cute. They have 2 pools which was great since the grounds are so spread out. The pool by the lobby was larger and had yard games around it and the smaller pool was on the other side of everything but I loved that they had 2 because it helped them not be so crowded. My main huge complaint was how many times they randomly charged our card. We had 2 charges for each night. Then a random resort fee, then another resort fee for even more. Lastly a random charge for taxes. They said it was all holding for when we check out and then it will go back on the card but why charge that many separate times and not 1 charge? The receptionist were great when I questioned it and explained it great. Very friendly staff.
