I heard that there was some plumbing construction while I was staying. This affected the water pressure. There was not enough water pressure to satisfy. The problem is that neither the website nor the hotel told me or mentioned this important information before I reserved a room. If someone pays more than $200 per night, they should be notified.

Staffs were friendly. However, I need to wait for a while to receive services. The staff at the counters were doing something, but I am not sure what took them so long. I believe that there were some facility issues.

Bed very uncomfortable, ac not very good, plastic cups floating in the pool, a lot of noise could hear adjoining room going to bathroom. Woken at 2 am by other patron talking loudly in the hallway. Coffee in room wasn’t good

Front desk staff were NOT friendly or welcoming. Natalie, who checked us in, didn’t even say hello or welcome. I tried to be friendly but she wouldn’t even smile. Strongly urge some coaching for front desk staff. I expect more from a Hyatt at this price point.

We didn't like being charged for parking, and the bathroom could use updating. The water pressure was low, the showerhead was outdated and calcified, and the primary bathroom light was out.

The gym was not in the hotel. It was very cold and you needed to go outside and down the street. When you are sweaty, it makes going outside very unpleasant.

The only downside here is that they leave the doors to the parking garage open all the time, temps were in the low 50's at night and in the morning when I went to breakfast on the first floor the dining room was freezing cold. When I complained they moved me to a warmer area of the dining room.

The guest rooms are well furnished and comfortable in size. The bed was comfortable and the room maintained a cozy temperature. Self parking was easy and $25 a night. Location in the downtown area makes getting out an enjoying the neighborhood a nice benefit.

Bumbling, not well trained staff that were neither informative nor efficient staff. VERY tired facilities (chipped paint, bathrooms that haven't been updated since 1975 (I am not kidding), carpet that looks dingy.

Only wrinkle we had was a tricky thermostat in our room. But we soon learned how to operate it.

A very comfortable room awaited us in downtown Sacramento. Its location was perfect for our weekend plans. The restaurant that we had reservations at was a half a block away. And the symphony that we attended was less than a block away. No need for our vehicle the whole weekend.

There could be better instructions when leaving the garage that you should take your room key with you. Parking had been paid with check out : however we couldn't leave. The ticket that was dispensed did not work. Fortunately, attendant called front desk after I gave him my room number. I had no intention of paying again to leave the hotel garage.

The staff especially Natalie , food server was amazing. She served us in the bar on Thursday evening. She was the only server and she was profesional and courteous with a customer focused demeanor. The next day for breakfast we saw her in the Vines restaurant! While she was not our server we approached her to say good morning and considering the short time between shifts she was as sharp as ever!
