The restaurant quality was good but not great and they didn't offer everything on their printed menu. The website menu was completely out of date and we had partly chosen this location on some of those menu items being available for our daughter. Prices were high vs quality. Also, the advertised market in the lobby was only open occasionally and the hotel staff couldn't predict the market hours except to say when they opened each morning. Other than that, one never knew when it would be open or closed. This was inconvenient to say the least.

Very friendly service and clean, spacious rooms. The staff for the hotel and restaurants were all very gracious and helpful.

We drove and the parking lot was full. We were told we can try to park in Stadium parking. We were told this never happened before and the attendant didn’t know what we should do. Check in is 3:00 but our room wasn’t available until 3:15.

The staff were great. Friendly and hustled when they were busy.

I did not like that you had to pay for parking despite being a guest at the hotel. I did not like that breakfast was not included with the room purchase. I also did not like how expensive the breakfast buffet being offered cost.

The price for drinks and food were outrageous. Very roomy in bar area, but the hours were awful.

The bar area was amazing, just the hours of operation were horrible. Food was very good, and location was fantastic to Levi Stadium.

The temperature was hard to control, the room went from too hot to too cold. The microwave was very far from my room which was inconvenient

Cafe was a great stop in the morning before heading out. Location in walking distance to Levi stadium, this was and added bonus. Would recommend staying there.

Rooms showing its age - like carpets are worn out. Overpriced, may be due to the ongoing business event.

Nice location if on a business trip, 1m walk to Santa Clara convention centre. Rooms are spacious and nice breakfast too.

That wasn’t told ahead of time that the pool was under construction and not told ahead of booking room that parking is $40. Per day also when checking in the first time she was friendly and asked if I would want my room cleaned I said yes and she said okay we will text you when your room is ready got text someone else helped me check on I was told there would be no room cleaning since your here only two days but then we have a house keeper wake us up to clean room miss communication at desk ?

I didn't like that our room description that we booked did not match what the hotel has avaliable at the time and also described a room that was not possible to have even though on booking.com they described the room as a double room with balcony. We drove several hours on vavaction to stay at this fabulous hotel and even payed extra to get a high level room with a balcony and really the only reason why my kids and wife and I chose to stay here. Then just to find out that the room did not have a balcony. The room also was only just a room with two full size beds not even enough room to sleep my family. Also at first I was told there was nothing they could do about it. It was a mistake and error on booking.com side of it and they had no more room so we could have free parking. I had to escalate the situation and had to ask if I could upgrade and all of a sudden they had bigger suites avaliable. But at first they were all sold out. Maybe they thought I was to poor to pay for a bigger room. It's insulting because even though me and my wife are young and have a big family I am government employee and also own and operate a small buisness outside of town. Anyways I had to pay extra to even be able to accommodate my family stay which I thought was already done based on description of the room I booked. Also while this is at 11pm at night moving my kids up and down floors to a new room. Also the new room we were given although it was spectacular and everything I could ask for. It has a noisey toilet that constantly ran all night long.

Staff was friendly. Room was very comfortable and relaxing and spacious. Also the rooms were very accommodating. The view and location of the hotel is phenomenal.

Registration was handled quick and professional. The room was exceptional, nice decor with all amenities I needed for a comfortable overnight stay. We were stayed at this location to attend the 49er football game, Parking at the hotel was easy, covenant with assistances from an attendant. The breakfast buffet was stocked with outstanding options, our waiter was peasant and attentive.
