The overall cleanliness of our room and state of it, we had to switch rooms from the first one that we got because there was a splatter of white liquid on the headboard… Which is really gross. The food at the restaurant was really not good you can tell the rooms are not maintained at all and barely cleaned. The towels Definitely felt used. The most aggravating part was how much it cost to valet your car overnight. For The cost of parking for three nights I could’ve bought another night in the hotel.

The location and the size of the hotel. We liked the lobby areas that overlook the river and the patio of the restaurant. Also liked the little gift shop and that we got five dollars to spend there.

I didn’t like that I was charged a $25 destination fee without my knowledge! And that it was NEVER mentioned or explained to me!!!

We had a room on the water on 5th floor. Great view. Walked out to the riverfront. I did like that daily they came to my room and made my bed and face clean linens without me requesting it.

Bellman on duty had a terrible attitude. He seemed to hate his work. He didn't acknowledge us (even when we greeted him with smiles and a friendly hello first) and seemed SO put out by having to help us with our bags.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency Savannah. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and lovely and clean. Loved the shampoo, body wash, and body lotion dispensers in the bathroom......good quality products. Great towels, beds and linen. Reception and valet were great and very friendly....no comment on a few of the bar and restaurant staff. But I am aware that the wages for wait staff in the USA are very poor/low so I guess you can only expect that.

We were given a internal room that faced the courtyard, felt like i had to keep the shades drawn the whole time. I think the window had some type of filter that would allow you to see out, and others couldn't see in? Not sure, but just felt like because we were next to the elevator we had to keep the shades drawn

We had an inside room that looked out onto the inside hotel plaza and the elevators. Had to keep the curtains drawn when you needed privacy. Generally the room was dark and a bit dreary. The valet parking system was not well explained - we had to figure out that you pick up your car in the garage, not in front of the hotel where we left it off.

Our room was not very clean but they took care of it. Front desk did not look very professional. They were not in uniform. And there was never enough staff at one time there.

We kept missing housekeeping and then thy’d only leave 3 towels despite their being 2 adults and 2 children in the room.

Lots of hair in our shower and my kids couldn’t connect there game to the Wi-Fi
