Property was fine, however, when I checked in they tried to charge me for the full stay but I explained that I prepaid via booking.com, which they confirmed, and said my card would only be charged for the incidentals hold. My card was charged the following morning for around $430 so I went to the front desk & asked & the guy told me it’s just the way their system does the hold but it’ll all come off. The following day it charges my card again for around $530, and again on Monday for around $550. When I checked out the receptionist said yes it charges you for each night’s stay but I explained again that I prepaid via booking.com & then was able to refund my card for the additional charge of $1550 after he located the booking.com billing information. He said if they knew I paid they would’ve put it in differently & it wouldn’t have done that, but I did tell them, multiple times, so it was extremely frustrating to have an extra hold of $1550 put on my card.

Very clean, cold water fill station, great landscaping, good breakfast, good local restaurants nearby.

Food options at the hotel. Would have been nice to have a bit more. Towels at the pool ran out quickly.

Staff was friendly, lobby and fire pit common areas were large enough to allow a group of 10 have dinner comfortably. Rooms were good as well, and the pool was heated for a 7:30am swim! The only downside was breakfast only offering buffet instead of a la carte when we went.

The hallways are dingy and in need of some TLC, especially the ground floor hallways. I was surprised not to receive housekeeping service, no mention of this was made at check in.

Room was clean and well appointed. Check in was easy and friendly

Parking was horrible. If u get stuck having to park out on the opposite side of the property from the lobby it is a long walk. An entrance for guests out on that side would be nice.

previous guest obviously had a dog in the room. the little couch was covered in dog hair, when my wife sat down there was dog hair stuck to her pants. we also found dog kibble on the floor I am an asthmatic and deathly allergic to dogs and cats if the hotel allows guests with pets, they should be in designated rooms. Also this means the house keeping is doing a minimal job in preparing the rooms

Staff is awesome helpful and friendly Location is great

Under-staffed, room phone did not work, had to pay extra for parking, they are not cleaning rooms every day and also, we had to beg them for hair dryer and fresh towels. We ran out of coffee and the staff was super short.

Accommodations weren't quite as presented online. A nice hotel but hardly the luxe accommodations presented and expected. Secure entrance was broken; exterior door open all night. Disappointed by lack of welcoming experience normally presented by Hyatt Hotels at check-in. Three staff members were present with no other guests in lobby or at check-in yet no one welcomed us or offered to assist with check-in. Felt like we were putting them out by checking in. Not a pleasant or welcoming experience.

Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. Parking was convenient. Location was convenient.

The bedsheets were rough and the bed topper was very thin. Pillows...not too nice. The room doors are very heavy and slam hard when closing. When the room above us slammed their door shut the glass shower doors in our room rattled! The front lobby does offer morning coffee (unavailable throughout the day) but only provides non-flavored creamer. It was $18 per day to park, and if you got back to the hotel after 8 p.m. it was difficult to find a parking space.

The facility is nicely decorated with an indoor fireplace and lounging area. There are outside lounging areas and one space has a large firepit that was enjoyable.
