Not sure what could have been improved. I saw no flaws or issues with the property. Perhaps the communication before arrival could have been slightly clearer. I couldn't exactly tell who I should contact on arrival because I had previously received texts from various phone numbers.

The location was perfect and the building was immaculate. The check-in and check-out were tremendously easy. The garage parking was ideal so I never had to worry about whether my rental was safe. I felt comfortable coming in and out and I left with assurance that my personal items were secure. Just an excellent location!!

There was no body soap or soap provided. There was also a lot of complimentary coffee and snacks, but no tea bags.

- It was 5 of us, meaning that one person had to stay on the folding sofa. The sofa was fairly comfortable though.

We were pleasantly surprised. The accommodation was amazing! - The apartment was super spacious and nicely decorated. There was everything that one needs for a comfortable stay - fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, kettle & all kind of utensils), bathroom, living room and 2 separate rooms. The apartment was clean and shampoo, shower gel & toothbrushes with toothpaste were provided. There were also some snacks in the kitchen waiting for us. - Upon arrival we were greated by Chinar who handed the keys over. One of the curtains in the flat didn’t work, so we just notified Chinar and Mark came to repair the curtain, so the service from both of them was great. It was easy to communicate with them also without the US number - I texted and called via Whatsapp. - The location was good - 10 minutes walk to the metro station & close (in LA terms) to all landmarks - downtown, Hollywood, Beverly Hills etc. - The highlight was the rooftop for sure, which had a really nice view of the whole area. There are chairs, tables and also facilities for grilling on the roof. - Overall, we were really happy with our stay and would definitely stay again. It was also a very hood value for money. Can only recommend.

The only thing that was a bit of a nuisance was the creaky doors, but I'm sure it's not a problem for the owners and they will fix it quickly.

We Liked everything - had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Clean, plenty of space for a family of 4. The beds are comfortable. Panoramic view from the roof is wonderful, you can relax there, there are tables, barbecues, deck chairs and chairs.

The person handling the check-in was not professional. Though they accepted my request to check-in early, they let me wait for an hour in the end, almost missing my schedule. While at the same time, she blamed me for getting late at the first appointment which is true, but she was the one got 40 minutes late to the second appointment, and still blamed everything on me. Even if it may be partially the customer's fault, it is unprofessional to simply push away the customer in such a childish manner when the customer is always paying the price as I almost missed my schedule in the end.. the last thing i needed was to get blamed on for something that is not mine, but the professional manager should have taken it responsibly

The power to the entire bathroom area didn’t work so I had to do everything in the bathroom in the dark. The building was pretty new but the elevators had weird dirty blankets hanging inside them and the carpet in the halls on the way to the apartment were absolutely disgusting and smelled horrible.

I loved the location and cleanliness of the actual apartment.

They initially charged me more than my booking price, if I had not check my bank account, I wouldn’t notice. Once I contacted them they sent the money back straight away. They give your contact to a few different people (check in people (2), cleaning people) and I think that should be avoided. Small things that did not impact our stay at all but could be improved for a smooth trip

* We stayed at a corner room that was facing a main street. The view was nice but it was very noisy even late at night. If you are noise sensitive, I would recommend you choose a room that is not facing the road. * If you plan to go to Santa Monica, you might want to choose a different location - it takes approx. 1 hour by car and even more during rush hour.

Property location is central, very close to downtown LA and you can even see LA skyline from building roof top, Roof top access was plus which is ideal for a chit chat and bbq Chinar was the Property Manager and she is amazing in dealing with guests, 10 star service
