This place was the absolute worst hotel for a non franchise.. the hallways were dark and spooky. the rooms were dusty, vents were dirty and the furniture was from the early 1900's broken and stained, and the TV didn't work at all. finally the I had a Suite on the 6th floor for a Hot Tub and the Jets and the Filter were filthy and the casing for the hot tub was falling apart. the worst hotel stay ever.

not easy to enter for handicap. there was no phone in the room, no internet or Wi-Fi connection. They had to come fix the TV because of no signal.

it was moldy smell the ac did not work in the hall way the first rink we got the tub was so dirty they switch us to another room the phone did not work wasn’t even hooked up there was no remote to the TV the ac was only set in one temperature the floors were old did not feel comfortable wearing no shoes

The place is very old and a little creepy., We had to go up and down six floors before they found a room where we thought we would be good. Nope. Three rooms later, no hot water. Not to mention the needle we found on the floor. Do not stay here. One mention though, Chelsea, the manager on duty, tried her best. There was just no staying there after we found the needle.

Television should of had cable not just antenna which provided very limited channels. Also, there was no Ice available.

Not clean, toilet didn't work, beds nasty, no working showers, no wifi, no lighting in bathroom, entrance, It hotel is nasty. The pool wasn't full and had green stuff in it.

The facility was very run down. There were times where there was no one at the front desk. Only one elevator worked. There was no warm water for some of the showers we took. Bedding was too small beds.

Room was musty, coffee pot was broken (went through 3 before I got one that worked). Bed was lumpy. Room was not very clean. Towels were sol old, you could almost see through them. Hallways were musty and did not have conditioned air. Although friendly, staff was rarely available. Restaurant and bar was closed. Stayed for a week, and asked for housekeeping to refresh my room and take out the trash, I was told that management would not allow housekeeping into a room until after I checked out. I paid a premium for this pathetic hotel and should get a refund.

Room smelled of stale cigarettes. Lamp on nightstand had no shade and no bulb. Bathroom had a lamp and no overhead light until I asked them to change the overhead bulbs. No clean towels provided after the first night so had to use the same towels for three days. Beds were not changed during the stay. Room Phone did not work. No working ice machines on the property. Garbage on the floor In the hallway. No remote control for tv. Got one from front desk but couldn’t control the volume. Toilet ran constantly. This hotel is an absolute dump. I can’t believe I paid so much money for this disgusting place. Do not stay here!

The room was very outdated, there was a hole in the wall that was brought to the attention of the front staff (they had no idea it was there). The water temperature took about half an hour to warm up, to be able to shower. The white sheets were stained. The linen needs a major upgrade.

Unfortunately there was nothing I liked about this hotel and stay.

The rooms were out dated, the smell was like old and cigarettes on the non smoking floor, there was no cable tv and the TV was really old and only basic channels and only a couple came in and they kept going in and out, and the beds were old and I could feel the springs in the mattress, like the mattress was crunchy. I paid $150 for that room and it was not worth it.

the rooms were disgusting, there were bugs, no internet, tv was antenna tv that barely worked, no staff to be found anywhere if you needed help, room phones do not work, only one elevator out of 3 worked, it is not pet friendly, I could keep going!

when we arrived to check in, no one was at the front desk. we called the after hours (even though it was before the after hours start time per the note on the desk) phone number multiple times. nothing. After more than 15 minutes, some one came. They checked us in and gave us a room key. We got up to the room, the key didn’t work. back down stairs and the front desk person was gone again. another 20 minutes later, they were letting us into the room, but it had not been cleaned after the last guest. the bed was not made, the bathroom was messy. AGAIN downstairs. AGAIN waiting to find the front desk person. They got us into another room. At this point, we were over an hour since we arrived at the hotel. we got into our room, and got settled. the bathroom floor was grimy, and there were Qtips on the floor under the sink. it was a nightmare. But it was after 10 PM and we were told the room was non-refundable. Since we paid $279 for this digesting room, we just went to sleep and left first thing.

The place is old and rundown. The shower nozzle was rusted. There was some kind of discoloration on the bottom of the tub that they tried to cover with a white mat. The lampshade had tears in it. The place was awful. The view out my window was a trash dumpster. I had to find outlets for the coffee maker and the microwave (the turntable didn't work).

I liked the fact that they got the toilet working. The bed was fairly comfortable.

Friendly staff but we have yet to get our refund as proof. We were there a whole 10 mins and left due to dirty room conditions and nothing as advertised online.
