After get ready in the apartment, we notice that the floor was very dusty. We need to clean it because it was impossible to walk barefoot. The kitchen sink faucet had no water pressure. We couldn't leave through the front door of the building because we didn't have a key (it was only possible to leave through the garage). There was no information at the time of booking that the address listed was not the address of the property but rather just a meeting point. I only discovered this the day before check-in with a warning that I could not request any orders to be delivered there as it was not the address of the accommodation. There were no blackouts on the windows, so the room wasn't completely dark when it started to dawn.

The space and location were good. Isa who did our check-in was very helpful.

Kitchen was well used and pots and pans suffered wear and tear. It could have been a bit cleaner. There was a sign outside the main building that short term lets are not allowed so this made us somewhere uncomfortable. We also could not access via the main door and had to use the parking lot for access. The fire alarm went off at 12am, we evacuated but others in the building said it’s a regular occurrence & to ignore it. This made us uncomfortable once again. Round the corner there is lots of homelessness

Nothing! Everything was amazing

The amount of room was unbelievable! So cozy and comfortable! The fact we had a full kitchen, made the trip also! The smell was relaxing and amazing! It was clean! Many essentials for the kitchen and bathroom! The design and decor was beautiful! The view was beautiful! And then pillows!!! Omg, the best I've ever laid on! No joke. And something about it in general,was so relaxing! The security we had was also amazing. The communication was top notch. I will definitely be renting again!

Lots of traffic in the area. Must included extra time to travel.

The unit is comfortable with two beds with a pull out and a decent size bath. The kitchen is functional for a short get away and great for families. It is within walking distance to eateries, shopping centers, and Hollywood attractions. For the price, it's reasonable for the area. There's a lot to do, I would not mind planning a long trip next time and stayed there!

I would only recommend adding some more towel racks in the bathroom because it could comfortably sleep up to 4 people :-)

The location was fabulous: walking distance to many famous spots including the Walk of Fame, Hollywood Palladium, Thai Town, and the metro, so everywhere else, really! The building was safe with gated secure parking which was an added bonus because we drove in and could leave our car there. I noticed a couple parked cars in the area had been vandalized, so the secure parking was an added bonus!

The area around the building wasn't great. The address I was given sent me to an intersection where I met someone to pick up the key, park, etc. But, I met this person on the street in their car. I drove by a couple of times until we were both kind of observant or aware of each other. The rest went easy.

The location was convenient. About .8 mile to the walk of fame and the Chinese theater. Short drive to the Hollywood sign and observatory. Secure entry and parking were a big plus.

The place is a bit run down, chairs at the table not usable because they are very wobbly and would collapse if someone sat on them. A few sockets do not work and there are loud vibrations from the ac. Short term sublease is forbidden at the property, so you are somewhat illegal there, which is why the listing shows another address I guess.

Location is good, although it is not at the address that is listed. It is around the corner, we were picked up at the spot that is in the listing

Very nice a upmarket apartment complex, clean rooms, literally next to Hollywood Boulevard. Host was very accommodating of flight delays and met us at the property to hand over the keys.

Great location. It’s only a 6-min drive to Hollywood boulevard. Clean place. Good management, they really communicate with you with your needs and instructions for checking in and out. Also, the free gated parking is a plus. Made us feel more secure from intruders knowing it is downtown LA.
