Nice place, but construction noise was ridiculous.

Construction directly outside the window started by 6:30 am and was loud enough that sleep was not an option.

Close to the airport. Next door to my conference. Large space. Lots of room.

The stay was fine. The place could do with an upgrade.

Not the cleanest place in the world.

Easy to work with. Pretty good location close to the Metro and DCA

No one was at the front desk when we arrived at 9pm. We waited long enough to have to call a number to get someone there. We waited 20 minutes total, long enough that several other people had formed a line behind us also not knowing what to do. When the staff did arrive, he called down the hallway, about 30 feet away, what we were there for. It was very rude. We then had to contact the person we originally talked to about getting someone to the desk for a parking pass. She continuously tried selling me a pass for someone else, at one point even hung up on me. Once we got the run around completed about the room and parking (an extra $100 for 4 nights of parking), we finally make it to the run down elevators, run down (Shining esk) hallways to our IKEA filled room. One bed was okay but the other was a concrete brick. Over all I would never consider this to be a “Luxury” location and will never recommend it to others visiting the city.

The lobby was kinda pretty. The key fob allowed for some security, even though all someone had to do was wait for someone else to exit. The location was within walking distance of food and a little central to what we had planned for the trip.
