Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesWe had problems with check in. A team member arrived earlier and had a very hard time checking in without me being there physically with the company credit card. This process should be made simpler especially for work related trips.

CanadaNo heat in the pool and hot tub. Too cold to use even with 26-27 C sunny weather. No follow through on promises to fulfill our requests for working hair dryer and clean wash cloths. We had to wait outside cleaning office to get more than the one roll of TP provided in room. No room cleaning service during our 4 night stay. No coffee maker and no coffee available until 10 am when the golf club restaurant opened.
Good location, nice grounds. Close enough to Indian Wells tennis tournament which was the reason for our stay. Staff tried to be helpful but appeared ill equipped in training and ability to assist. Tennis courts available to use for a small fee.

United StatesOld, needs updating facility. No glasses for drinking water. One wash cloth for 2 people. Minimal pleasantries. One chair, no table. Shower height was way too high. Bedspread was a light cotton weave blanket and it had a hole in it. Ice bucket in the kitchenette area and that was it. Twice the front desk never answered the phone when I had questions. Couldn’t announce we were leaving at 9 AM as no one answered at front desk.
On the golf course. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Soft pillows, yay. Quiet setting and room. Couldn’t hear neighbors. Staff was pleasant. Gated community so felt safe.

Entire complex looks dumpy and needs tons of attention. Daily traffic backups at resort entrance oftentimes negatively impacted traffic on main road outside the front gate.

United StatesThe trash would pile up and all over the sidewalk, the grass in front of our room was up to our knees they mowed the golf course grass but the grass to the hotel was half ass mowed it look like they were gonna come back but never did in the 4 weeks we spent there . The ice machine was in the office but the office closed by 5 on most day . The barbecues were filthy dirty . We had to wait 4 day before we could use the pool and when we did it had bugs in it. Not enough lighting on the walkways in front of the rooms

United StatesWe got rear-ended trying to get onto the property because security had traffic backed up for 30 minutes. They could not figure out how to get people cleared onto the property. After waiting on the police, etc, I finally got to the hotel checkin only to be told my reservation was cancelled because “the owner overbooked it with his friends who were playing golf.” Even though I had a confirmed booking 2 weeks in advance. Thankfully the guy went out of his way to find us a single king room (our reservation was for a double) that was still available.

I was getting my room information when a lady came in and 'cut' in front of me. the lady and what i can only guess was a new employee took care of the lady and only after several minutes addressed me to say they would be right with me. When I finally got to finish the transaction the room that they were going to give me wasn't right. It was 1 king bed instead of 2 queens. There was no information about checking out since there was no phone in the room and at 9am on Sunday there was no one in the office
Location was good for visiting living desert and local restaurants. The room was nice and clean. the water pressure was good, the fridge worked well and we liked the bar/counter
