The Crawford Bock ran out at the bar, no replacement keg available, One of the elevators was not working properly( would not go to upper floors, even when using the key card, thus having to wait for the other one. Texted the Valet@ 11:01 to get my car pulled around, as we were departing and checking out, after checking out around 11:20 and waited. Finally at 11:55, I walked up to one of the valets and asked, when the car would be coming, he apologized and said he did not see the text. I know they were busy, and I can appreciate, that it would take a bit, to get my car, so he did get right on it and brought the car around.

The bar staff, was very friendly and accommodating. The front staff, were all very pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was comfortable. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the lobby & bar area.

The ice machine on our floor (6) wasn't working. When we asked the front desk for an extra pillow, they said they were out of pillows, which I thought was strange, as I've never had that problem at ANY hotel I've ever stayed at. We also asked for an extra blanket and they gave us the thinnest, most scratchy wool blanket I've ever felt. It wasn't exactly the warmest but we were only staying one night so it worked okay. There was no microwave in our room which was also surprising considering the price I paid for the room. It had a nice sized fridge but no microwave. I noticed they had a microwave downstairs in the lobby by the snacks though which seemed weird. Also, when we arrived the tickets for the garage weren't working. Parking was supposed to be $30 a night, but when I asked the front desk about the broken machine in the garage, they said it was cheaper to just pay for the Valet parking, even though Valet parking was $40...which I didn't understand but I said uh okay, if that's my only option. It did end up being sort of convenient for the valet to bring the car to the front when we were checking out.

The bed was SUPER comfy, especially the pillows. The location couldn't have been any better, as we were going to a concert at Stubb's BBQ which is literally right outside the doors and across the street from the hotel. We could see people lining up outside Stubb's from our hotel window. The shower was nice and big and the room was clean and spacious.

I haven't received a receipt. The hotel said I would get one from Booking.com, but I haven't. The bathroom was just okay.

The location was close to outdoor music venues, we didn't hear music, but some rooms might.

The staff was wonderful, very helpful. I arrived early and they found me a room within 30 minutes, so accommodating. Room was great, comfortable and clean. Had breakfast, the food was good and reasonable.

We did not get any sleep due to the room being directly across from a concert venue that played (loud!) until 2 am.

The gym facilities - no machine worked (truly not a single treadmill or bike) And the pillows were very uncomfortable

A nice no fuss hotel very spaciousand a big bed . The location is ideal for conference as it is a 10 minute walk to the convention center but be warned there a lot of homeless people around. They offer a free coke product upon arrival which was a nice touch.

Location. Even though only 3 blocks from Hilton, saw alot more homeless, mentally ill. actually crossed street in fear of a screaming bare breasted woman clad only in a diaper, throwing things in street. I guess thats everywhere. but that was the extreme we saw. one block from hotel

Slept very well Room 614. Was afraid bc line at Stubbs across the street threatened to be a noisy night but was not. Comfortable beds. Pelons next door not fast but good and value based.

They put us in a room that looked onto a local bar which on a Thursday night was playing loud music that we could feel and hear. We had to call down to get a new room which they said to pack up and come downstairs and they would give us a room that wasn’t on the side next to the club. Why they would put someone in that room when they had others available makes no sense. They had to know this would be a problem. So we changed rooms at about 11 pm.

I was rejected to do late check out. Every hotel has the option of late check out but this.

The upgraded room was great. Very comfortable and also food trucks 2min walk were not the best option but to have late food options was fine

We could not turn on the TV as the electrical cord was missing, by the time we realized it was not working, maintenance had already left for the night. Parking was very difficult to find.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is right downtown near all the activities yet it was quiet when it came time to go to sleep.

The carpet in the hallway on the 6th floor was stained with old spills.

Enjoyed the cappuccino at breakfast! Location was very convenient to our downtown destinations. Decor was clever and interesting. Staff was excellent, which makes all the difference.
