The hotel facilities were good but the service from reception staff was not good. We were given a twin room rather than a double that we booked. The issue was resolved for the second night but initially the staff were very unhelpful and didn’t seem to care.

No room service. I stayed for one night. I was so tired when I got in, I just wanted to eat and go to sleep but the hotel does not offer room service and the only restaurant on site ( roof top lounge. I’m mot sure it’s actually part of the hotel… just happened to be on the roof top of the hotel) had VERY limited options and really only appetizers. For a very small plate of chicken Caesar salad off the oh so limited menu and one cocktail ( the cocktail the bartender made was delicious though) I paid > $40 something .

My coffee maker didn't work, but I'm not a big coffee drinker anyway, so it wasn't a big deal. I also ran out of toilet paper and had to wait for that to be delivered.

Breakfast was delicious, and the server exchanged the bacon for one extra egg. The meal was perfect! The bartenders at the rooftop bar were awesome, and the front desk staff were always friendly and conversational.

Bathroom, when taking shower the water spills all over the floor. Would be good if the roof top bar open earlier and have television to watch sports while having a drink.

The room was very small and we had difficulty finding room to place our two large bags. Not a problem for a business traveller but important when carrying larger luggage for longer vacations.

We loved our stay! Can’t wait to come back. Staff is super friendly! Thanks Lester and everyone from the breakfast crew. Always so friendly. Rooms were small but had everything you needed! Super comfortable beds and almost no noise from the street. Location great, we felt super safe and easy access to rest of the city by bike or subway. Would recommend!

The only downside was that my breakfast felt rushed because the restaurant is small and there were guests waiting to be sat.

Rooms are a little small, but I knew that beforehand based on sq footage. It was tight with a king size bed.

We had our bags left at the hotel upon checkout and it took over 20 minutes for them to arrive down to the lobby. Then we were rushed to catch our flight. They should be left by the front desk or have more than one person available to fetch them.

Loved the bathroom, comfortable bed and decor. We like smaller hotels so this was perfect. The location was great and only a 5 minute walk to the subway The front desk girl upon check-in was lovely. I’d stay here again as long as the price remains about the same.

The shower was very small but adequate, but the shower spray came straight out of the shower since it was pointed at the direction of the door. This made things very wet and messy in the bathroom. Also there weren’t any hooks for towels in the bathroom or anywhere to put your soap while in the shower, which seems unimportant, but was actually very inconvenient.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was quite small, but stylish, and the hotel in a good location. The breakfast was so delicious. The staff seemed to be trying their best but it was a bit chaotic, and took a fair while. We didn’t mind waiting though because the staff were very nice and trying hard, and it was beyond their control. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you for having us.

The shower unfortunately leaked on to the bathroom floor because the glass shower door did not seal properly. We had to use several towels every morning to dry up the mess. We had one unpleasant sever at breakfast on our last day, but the kitchen made up for it with a extra meal as they saw we waited for awhile for our food. Again the food was delicious.

The rooms were on the smaller side, but very modern and new! The bed was very comfortable and you had everything you needed for your trip. The bathroom was small, but had very nice finishes and was very clean. Breakfast was delicious, but the service was slow. That will get better with time I am sure. All and all I would stay here again.

The rooms don't have a refrigerator and there was a small fee for the complimentary breakfast that was only a couple of cents.

The staff were great and they provide free luggage storage. The room was clean and we were upgraded upon check in, getting a room with a great view of the river.

THE ROOM WAS WELL DESIGNED BUT RATHER SMALL, BEST FOR SOLO TRAVELER WITH SMALLER SUITCASES. THE GYM WAS WAY TOO SMALL & WITH FEW EQUIPMENTS (NO MATS!) AND DID NOT HAVE ANY PROVISION FOR AIR TO CIRCULATE PROPERLY. GOOD FOR ONE PERSON TO WORKOUT AT A TIME, NO MORE.

I LIKED THAT THE BREAKFAST WAS MADE FRESH IN THE KITCHEN & TASTED REALLY GOOD. THE STAFF FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE RESTAURANTS WERE AMAZING, VERY PROFESSIONAL BUT FRIENDLY AT THE SAME TIME. ALL MY REQUESTS AND NEEDS WERE ADDRESSED RIGHT AWAY. I GIVE THE HOTEL STAFF A PERFECT. THE BED WAS SUPER COMFY AND THE PILLOWS HAD JUST THE RIGHT FIRMNESS FOR A RESTFUL SLEEP. TOWELS WERE FLUFFY AND SUPER ABSORBENT. I LOVE HOW EVERYTHING FELT NEW AND CLEAN!
