No microwave in the room. Fridge didn’t get very cold. Bathroom lighting was pretty dim and the rain shower head produced a wonky stream of water as if it hadn’t been cleaned for awhile.

The room was very spacious and tastefully decorated. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

A nice blend of high end hotel with a bit of quirky Art Deco tossed in. Very boutique. Staff was great, you couldn't walk past one of them without them stopping to say Hello or if check to see if we needed anything.

Sound dampening wasn’t the best— 😬being there with kids was fine except our final night someone either rented a movie or just blasting their intimate moments very loudly to the point the kids were asking why someone was screaming. They advertise having bikes that can be borrowed except they weren’t actually in working order. Parking was valley and $30/day.

Historic building down town, centrally located near an E-bike station, clean with fun and updated decor. Friendly staff.

A very cool, historical property. With a full bar and speakeasy! Rooms were very clean and felt new. Staff was amazing. Would recommend to anyone staying in Omaha. Definitely worth it.

I can’t complain about anything at all.

The atmosphere, the people who work here, the room! And everything else in between is absolutely phenomenal. I give this place a 10/10. I can’t wait to come back!

I called Booking.com to confirm the pet fees were included in the price they had given me for the room, and was assured they were. I learned during checkout that they weren’t, which added $70 per night. I was very disappointed in their service for misleading me and will not use the them again.

Everything was perfect.

The staff at the front desk were so accommodating and friendly, we loved them! This hotel also has a speakeasy bar that was AMAZING! We will be back as soon as possible. 10/10 recommend.

The room i reserved was a 2 queen bed room. I got ine gueen bed and a pull out couch.

Everything was exceptional. The only complaint i had is i paid for a room with two queen beds and they gave me a room with a queen bed and a couch that pulls out to a bed.

My dissatisfaction with the hotel is more about Booking.com and not the hotel itself.

The hotel was great. They were going through some renovations while we were there so the restaurant was not available, which was a disappointment. We used the shuttle once, and that was excellent.

Parking is not so great. Door to this last room I had to give some effort to close it correctly so it would latch when we left for the day. It was a corner unit on the second floor.

This place is one of our fav in the Omaha area, They have always treated us with respect and our rooms have always been clean and nice.

Loved the architecture and decor… combining the old brick with Mid Century Modern is well done and makes for a beautiful hotel. Their bar should be open in November and their restaurant in December, but they provide a shuttle to take you to dinner and pick you up so it was very nice and they offered cocktails as we were checking in. Downtown Omaha is beautiful and the new park is active and wonderful.

Booked a room with a king bed but ended up with two queen beds. This was leas than ideal and I never received an email to let me know that a room with a king ved was unavailable.
