Need more parking. If this hotel is busy they only have 20 spots for a 90 room hotel. Parking on the street is free after 9 but parking around the hotel is only 2 hrs parking with garage across the street.

Bed was a bit hard to my liking. Parking lot was full, so we had to pay for parking. The water pressure was a bit weak on the 6th floor.

Beautifully decorated hotel. Old style architecture with modern twists. Room was awesome. Large room with big windows and exceptional bathroom. Anna's place the speak easy was fun and had an extensive craft cocktail selection.

Parking was not great. We had to walk to the parking lot or pay $10 to park closer. Still not terrible.

Loved the location! Great for a family. Near the zoo and the Omaha Old Market. Also the kids played in the downtown area.

The incidentals options offered in the lobby were pretty pretty extensive, but also pretty expensive. There was one day that my room was not cleaned/ I think it hinestly just got missed so I had to request new coffee and towels. I am sure it was an oversight because the staff was constantly cleaning everything snd mopping common areas and I actually luked that they seemed to take pride in their hitel. Not uncommon- but parking costs extra at this location. And at the time of my stay, they didnt yet have their speak easy bar or restaurant open.

The hotel is fun and fresh, modern and with old touches sprinkled in. The staff was very friendly and was quick to answer any questions that arose. It is conveniently licated and close to Creighton University and the Old Markef area. There were more snacks and drinks available than at a typical hotel. The hotel providdd a happy hour even certain days if the week with a free cocktail for the guests. They did a good job of catering to specific needs/ wants and requests.

The only thing I did not like about this property is that I regret I didn’t stay longer.

My likes for the property are as follows: *Please excuse lengthy review- but I’m some elated and overwhelmed with emotion and gratitude I liked how centrally located and easy to get to surrounding areas. I was visiting for a college graduation for Bellevue University which the ceremony held at Mid America Center in Council Bluffs so it made it efficient to get to and from. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and the surrounding areas from the entry way, lobby, foyer, store and common areas were equally exquisite. The icing on the cake was the level of professionalism, responsiveness and customer service. Superstar Shae was the most pleasant front desk personnel I’ve ever encountered in all of my travels- by far! She went above and beyond to make sure I had a flower arrangement delivered to my room. She made notes and facilitated that process and didn’t blink an eye when I asked if she could do so. Upon meeting her in person I was enamored by her warm and friendly demeanor even at 3am as I went to the store area to purchase some late night snacks and inquiry about a late check out. She’s the epitome of excellent customer service. Not only is she a front desk agent but she is an affable ambassador representing the property in the utmost positive light. I hope the mobility within the company is nothing but upward for her and wish her all the success. The same sentiments go to Matt as I had a conversation with him among my check out. He was friendly and personable as well. I can definitely see that an environment of excellence and exceptionalism is what Hotel Indigo strives for and obvious achieves with flying colors. I will recommend this to anyone who visits Omaha,NE and I will most definitely stay at this property if I ever come back. Thanks!

Parking wasn’t the most convenient. The hotel’s lot was sold out so we were referred to a parking garage which was very old and the gates malfunctioned. After the first night we opted for street parking for the rest of our stay.

Loved the atmosphere of the hotel! Everything was very clean and well thought out. Staff was super helpful.

We had a random ten dollar fee after we checked out. The first time we stayed coffee in the lobby was free, this time it cost 4.00. We were told the speakeasy would be up and running when we returned for our second visit and it wasn’t. A shuttle would also be great!

It is just a cool vibe! The beds are rooms are so great!
