There was no air conditioning on the floor we were on. Made for a very hot night. There was no water pressure in the bathroom, hard to wash or brush teeth. The worst thing was the toilet did you not work. Would not flush.

No breakfast but that was ok. The room was clean and nice. Location was good.

The room smelled very strongly of bleach when we entered. There was no heating. The outer pane of the windows had a bullet hole in it.

There were mix ups about our stay. They locked us out of our room the second day because they mixed up that we had payed for two nights and thought we were overstaying. I thought it was sorted in the afternoon, but then they knocked on my door twice after 9:30pm- first to try to tell me I had to pay for the night when I had already paid for two nights and then again to check my identity because there may have been a mix-up with who had what room. I heard other guests having similar issues with being locked out of their rooms and possible mix-ups. I felt unsafe having someone knocking on my door that late in the evening- plus we were all getting ready to sleep.

We arrived there before the eclipse, and the staff said they didn't have a room for us even though we had booked it a couple months before, saying that we had had to pay in advance. After arguing with us for a while they said they were going to doublecheck, and eventually gave us a room. There was a crack in the wall and a hole with cables sticking out instead of the fire alarm. Otherwise it was okay for the money.

Smell in halls and room. Sticky stuff on carpet. No smoke detector, but a sign that says you will be charged if you take smoke detector. Lots of street traffic noise. No vending machines, except mostly empty snack one, that is in a dark unlit corner.

An added "$100 hold" placed on my card - it was actually charged and then remitted to me, but should never have been charged. The halls smelled of smoke. The comfort was minimal.

The lower cost compared to other area motels

They didn't want to honor our reservation that we had made months ago as we were one of many traveling to Indy for the eclipse. Although they were overwhelmed with the amount of guests, the people at the reception were patient and polite and eventually found an available room to honor our reservation. As stated, the room was fine for the price and relatively clean. It did smell like smoke and the hotel itself needs updating and repairs, but it served our purpose for a night.

Location provides a convenient location for highway access. It is an older, tired hotel that offers an affordable night's stay. Clean enough and updated enough to recommend for a short stay.

The service was slow. English bad. Maintenance non-existant. The facilities were in such poor condition, I have it in my mind to report them. TVs wouldn't work, staff fighting tenants in the hallway, bug sprays, walls falling apart, stains all over the beds, moldy ice machines, part time elevators, broken pool, broken doors (interior and exterior), broken locks (interior and exterior), sinking walls, sinking floors, no hot water, water logged ceilings, broken security cameras, and more are some of the disrepairs I recall.

I cannot think of a single thing I liked about my stay at Indy Hotel. Literally everything was awful.

The room temperature was hard to manage.

It was super easy to get to from the interstate. The hotel was clean and seemed to have new furniture and fixtures in the lobby.

Very disappointed. Curtain is torn and doesn't close enough. No screen on windows-bugs came into room. No AC-told to "open window, you will be ok". Closet doors are off track so can't open/close. No ice available. Bathroom-toilet seat needs tightening, bathtub has dip so water puddles, tub faucet not sealed to wall so can leak water, no tub mat available-very slippery tub, water is not hot (cold shower), bed is too hard. Side entry door doesn't open using room key. Very noisy neighborhood!

The building is older and there are things that could use some updating. It would have been nice to have a restaurant on site as we arrived later than expected.

Even though our booking was confirmed, upon check-in the staff informed us they had no rooms available. After waiting an hour for the manager, they then informed us they had a room different from the one we booked available. Due to this, we had unnecessary distress after driving 6 hours from our original location. Additionally, there was a line of other guests behind us who also had confirmations and were unsure if they would receive a room. If a guest receives a confirmation, it is important that you honor it as well as clearly communicate what the situation is. If there were rooms still available, the front desk person should wait before announcing that there are none.

In a state of disrepair, room wasn’t ready at 9:40pm when we arrived. Manager was argumentative when I had a question about pricing and interrupted me not allowing me to even ask a question. No hot water and charred electrical outlets. Pricing did not match the quoted booking.com listing.

The hotel overbooked, I got a smaller room than what I reserved, there was no TV in the room, the wifi did not work, and I was offered no discount and paid the full price in fear the room would be given to someone else.

Room was dirty, front desk tried to overcharge until I showed them the booking.com confirmation, elevator and hallways smelled musty, no hot water in room, and cockroaches were present in the room.

Where do i begin? it’s not a hotel it’s a crap hole ran by incompetent people who care less about their guests . From checking with $100 Additional deposit to mold on walls and broken windows , hotel reeks of marijuana smell, they wash floors as you walk on them - wet slippery they don’t care. The room that was offered is a dump with window glass Broken! The staff slammed doors and talked loudly by our door until 1 pm - cleaning repairing and just being loud in hallway with doors open ! When we came out they said we have to check in more guests …what ??? It’s 1 am I got no rest and could not wait to get out of there . It was a nightmare service , room and the hotel .

Nothing and will never go back ! The worst hotel I had ever stayed in .
