The decor was not typical of a beach condo and the toaster didn’t work. We couldn’t be on our own beach because the condo owner didn’t include it in the agreement I was told. We still got to be on the beach though so it didn’t damper our fun!

The location was great and the beds were comfortable loved the layout of condo.

There was a relatively large stain on the carpet in the master bedroom that was a bit of an eyesore. The living room furniture was not very comfortable. Many of the cups in the cupboard had chips or stains and should be replaced. There were very little silverware in comparison to everything else.

It was very close to the ocean, we loved hearing the waves. The beds were comfy and it was spacious. We had a few things that needed repaired and they were fixed relatively promptly. The balcony area was nice to sit out in to enjoy the scenery and the weather. The in unit washer and dryer were really nice.

Condo (and facility) was clean, well maintained, safe, and all beds including pull out couch were comfortable. Loved the beach view from the balcony. Issac is a great asset to the company as well. Every morning he set up umbrellas and chairs on the beach and always kept a great attitude. He was also helpful in suggesting things to do and where to eat. Would highly recommend staying here.

None of the vending machines worked, the separate trash bins was a pain and there was no early check in. This was particularly discouraging because we were told we couldn’t check in due to cleaning and there were areas of the condo that weren’t clean. Hair in the shower, something smeared in front door and in the main shower, the carpets didn’t feel or look like they were vacuumed. Overall it was clean but could use improvement.

Gated community, felt safe. I liked that you could rent a cooler and the room came with a set of chairs and umbrella.

door to main bathroom is broken and I got stuck in there because it would not slide open. Also we were provided the wrong beach access gate code and called Vacasa. they were supposed to call us back with a new code and never did. one of the owners of another condo gave us his so we could actually visit the ocean on our beachfront condo without having to go to a public beach area.

Before we arrive, we received an email with a key symbol saying "Lockbox code: KABA:xxxxxxxxxxx"! then OK we'll find that lockbox and get our keys, arrived around 830 pm after 10 hours driving with family, we got into the lobby and there was only one lockbox with 4-digit type lock and obviously that wasn't the desired lockbox, we asked the security and they said "KABA" should be the code for your apartment door, then why lockbox was mentioned here? that is confusing, anyhow we located our apartment and tried that code but didn't work, called Vacasa and were in hold for 25 min then the rep gave us another code which didn't work as well, they said they will find a local support and we should get a call again within another 25 min, no any call nor show, called Booking and they tried to get with Vacasa but no luck, solution from Booking was to cancel the 4 days reservation and we go looking for another hotel! called Inlet Reef but they have no clue, each apartment has an owner and ours was managed be Vacasa so we've to reach them, after serval tries another rep answered the phone on Vacasa line, another code didn't work again, they tried to get a local support again but nothing, they asked me if I can find a hotel for that night or they find one till they fix the issue in the morning and they will reimburse me, NO! you find the hotel of course it is the spring break and I am sure all surrounding hotels are 150% occupied, around 2 AM they found one 45 min away and the excuse was they were not sure where we were!! REALLY!!! we can't drive another 45 min after that long trip and stress they added, at the end we slept in the car and I called Vacasa again around 7 am, they gave me the correct door code this time, we lost one day sleeping in the car and another day recovering from that pain and then reimbursed for one day. BTW the beach access code provided in the apartment wasn't correct either.

Location in nice area that was the first reason to choose this facility.
