The room was full of crickets and they would not compensate me anything off my bill for the bug invested room and for even leaving ma day early! This Hotel really be reported to the health department, they serve breakfast and the place is full of crickets!

Rude staff. Room above us had water leake and flooded our room ruining a computer and several other items. Luggage all flooded. When I called office they said we were welcome to leave but she refused to call a manager I had to wait til Monday.

There was 126 mph winds and tornado the staff had no clue where to direct guest. Sent them to lobby and laundry room my husband and I redirected them to stairwell my husband checked the elevator after power went out. There was no power still the next morning (not the hotels fault) we were told we would be refunded the days not stayed before we checked out. Now they are refusing the refund. Seriously how do you stay with no power, no shower .... besides the fact that their staff could have gotten everyone killed had the hotel been hit.

Security.

Good value. Next to expo center. Our 4x5 trailer was stolen. Make sure you take more security precautions than you think you need Thieves are VERY determined and experienced at stealing trailers. Other than that a good stay.

the toilet was broken, beds squeaked, bedside table drawers kept opening, air conditioner didn’t work, it was extremely loud, staff wasn’t friendly at all, but it was cheap and only one night

There was so much dust and dirt in the room. We had to plug the alarm clock in to use the USB ports and behind the night stand made me want to vomit. Dust on TV and fridge. Alot of Dust on the heater/air conditioner. Very very disappointed in our stay

the room was old and dirty, and the beds weren’t really made just thrown together. The hotel was noisy could hear everyone walking through the ceiling. There something was scratching in the wall.

Supposedly non smoking but reeked of smoke. Dirty. Bathroom had no towel racks nor waste basket. Bedspread was dirty looking thing sandwiched between two sheets. Very little choice for breakfast. Sugary cereal and mini muffins. No protein except for yogurt which was missing the third morning.

Appalled of condition of rooms. There was urine dried on the toilet, hair in tub and dirt foot prints in tub base. Bedspread had burn holes. Towels were filthy discolored stains on them. Used shampoo supplied by hotel tissues not filled toilet paper not filled, no hand soap and not to mention the ungodly amount of dust everywhere. Microwave had stuck food in it and there was food in the fridge from God only knows when. Disgusted... I know its an older property but filthiness has nothing to do with age of property.

mold in bathroom, light fixture and ceiling. water leak bubbles in ceiling, heater didn’t work, tv didn’t work, missing tiles right at door so the grout was chipped up and every time the door was opened it would move rocks onto the floor. people smoking pot in the hotel. breakfast sucked for the amount of money we spent on the room. our friends booked with us. their floor was not level, hard to open door. the toilet backed up in their room and their heater wouldn’t turn off.

I had to leave early, made it a point to check out and was told I would be refunded the last nights stay. I was not refunded, my card was charged for the full amount, and when I called to ask I was told that with a stay over four days even if you check out early you have to pay for the extra nights. Very disappointed.

It was dirty and the staff was not friendly. They ran out of clean towels and there were dirty towels and trash piled up outside of rooms.

Had to get another room because air conditioner didn't work. I was then put in a room by the elevator. Big mistake! Elevator made a rumbling noise every time someone used it. Also room faced a huge water park and the noise from it was loud till it closed at 11pm.

Continental breakfast was tiny packaged cinnamon rolls, toast, cereal, make your own waffles, milk, and juice.
