The staff was very friendly, room was spacious, everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The themed decor is a little dated, but the hotel is in good condition.

GibraltarThe breakfast was very limited and during the weekend we had to have breakfast a la carte and pay for it, something which is not advertised, as complimentary breakfast is only from Monday to Friday. Drinks at the bar were exorbitant! Prices were ridiculous!
Rooms were spacious and our window overlooked the main high street. Very clean. very comfortable beds! coffee machine in the room and free bottles of water every day. Valet parking was excellent. very near to train station to get into city.

United StatesSo unfortunately, there wasn’t sufficient heat in the evening. I woke up at 4 o’clock in the morning with a sore throat because no matter how high I put the heat nothing came out. I turned the fan on because I figured maybe the heat and the fan were the same thing and still I didn’t get sufficient heat. I turn the fan off and then just left the heat on but nothing came out. I had to put a facemask on to keep my breath, warm and soothe my throat. I’m paying $225 for a night I should have sufficient heat. I was very upset about that because it kind of ruined the whole stay. Also, I booked a Booking.com and they told me that it was gonna be $199 with taxes included and then when I get there, they charge me $225. Then they want to charge me $18 for valet parking, I don’t understand how you’re not gonna provide Parking to your customers. I understand valet parking for guests that are coming to visit, but not for the people that are paying to stay there . Also, when I arrived, the toilet paper holder was broken and the piece was on the countertop in the bathroom. That didn’t bother me, they called a handyman to come up and fix it and the first time I use the toilet paper it fell off. So I just thought that was, a little bit of a turn off because they should be able to repair their own things or change it within a reasonable amount of time. So I didn’t really like that. Every time I tried to eat at the restaurant downstairs they kept pushing it out an hour. I invited a friend over at 3 o’clock because they told me the restaurant opens at three. It was not open and they said four but my friend had to leave by 4:30. So we went down at four and the restaurant wasn’t open then they told me five. My friend ended up, leaving without eating and it was just disappointing. I finally go downstairs at five and they’re setting up and telling me it’s gonna take a little bit longer. They can’t seat me until they set everything up.
I love the art deco theme. It’s literally my favorite theme so I felt right at home. The room was very spacious. I picked a standard king. The bathroom was very clean. I ran the shower for about five minutes with hot water so that I could take a bath and make sure that the bath was clean. Valet parking is $18 for the whole day so you can come in as out and out as often as you’d like . There were only two negatives which I’m going to discuss below. The food at the restaurant was very good and the breakfast was perfect. They had sausage links, scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, oatmeal, muffins, bagel, toast, yogurt, fruit, milk, apple juice, and orange juice. It was a really nice breakfast. The bed was very comfortable.I chose to go here for a mental health day. I just needed to get out of my house and a friend of mine paid for me to stay here so I went. Everything would’ve been perfect except for the things that I’m gonna mention below.
