Location was great. It was quirky and it was great for pick up for our tour. Loved the extra touches such as robes . Huge room with loads of space

We found it bit expensive with not much service available. The breakfast option was not there and there was no microwave in the room to warm the milk for my daughter and reheat the food so we had to go down to the ground level and get it done in the kitchen by ourselves. Also, there was no free parking.

The property was good and room was also good in size. The cleaning happens everyday which was good.

Almost got charged again for my stay. the couch bed was too soft. 20 Dollars for parking.

Renting bikes. Nice service. Perfect location. Just 20 mins to the beach. Nearby are bars if you are interested. Parking is available.

Non opening windows usually means a bit of a smell in rooms on arrival and this was true. We were charged $26.99 for an online kids movie rental which is grossly overpriced. Unfortunately my child didn't read it properly before use.

Room size and layout were great, beds were comfortable.

The staff was nice but never got out of his way to be really helpful. The smell in our room was weird not fresh. They put a lot of not so great room spray in order to cover for the not good smell. They charge 18$ per night for parking???? Location is not close to anything by foot you must drive or rent a bike at the hotel.

The area can be a little hit or miss but if you're traveling in a group you should be fine

Location - not really Venice Beach. On busy highway. Local food options limited without car.

The room we were given was so noisy (facing the quad even tho that’s not what we booked.) it ruined the whole experience for me

Bad smell in the room. Additional payment for parking. The staff didn't inform us that there are microwaves in the common areas, we only noticed, when we were leaving.

The pool could have been bigger.

The location was great being so close to Abbot Kinney with all it's wonderful shops and restaurants. We loved the hot tub and the ping pong table.

Just unfortunate timing for us as there was a large group/family that took over all the pool/spa and ping pong tables until 10pm, so we didn’t get chance to use Also, there wasn’t anywhere within walking distance for a quick breakfast

Not much , it’s all good for a family looking for a good location , nothing fancy but has all you need . Would have been good if they had breakfast but so many options around in the neighbourhood

Close to Venice beach , lots of restaurants around .. bed comfortable . Room with sofa bed very comfortable for a family of 2 adults and 3 kids . We didn’t need the extra bed we had initially requested

The only thing we didn’t like is that you could hear people walking on top of our room and if your room is by the main terrace we could hear people talking or walking and we didn’t sleep very well.But the staff was very kind to move us to another room.

The Location was perfect for us, 20 min walk from the beach, it was easy to go to the airport and drive around. Parking was very easy. The rooms are nice. Very friendly staff. The look of the hotel is very fun and artsy! We enjoyed the swimming pool!
